I had no idea about FAD before visiting this place, and I think I've reached an entrance of Fad world when I left here.
Interesting museum , you get to learn the history of fado and listen to different singers and styles of fado. Well worth the 5€ fee.
The museum is quite ok but I wonder if as interesting to people that don't have some previous knowledge of fado and its most relevant figures.

Uma bela esplanada , em que ao som do fado, se bebe uns copos e se come umas tostas , saladas e petiscos ! Tudo servido por um corpo de pessoal simpático, sorridente e prestável! O museu tb é top!!!
Para quem curte o gênero ou apenas quer conhecer um pouco mais deste estilo musical que é a cara de Portugal, o lugar é obrigatório.
Os pastéis de massa tenra são maravilhosos e há mt petisco para descobrir.

Absolutely fascinating. Portuguese Art of Azulejo tiles making. Centuries of creating beautiful pieces. The exhibition is not huge maybe but def worth a visit - unique objects & beautiful building - MENU Portugal
Unique space where boat roapes were made up until 1992, which explains the huge length if the building. It now holds an array of exhibitions throughout the year. - Ana Costa
