New Generation Sushi

I've eaten here more times than I can count and I usually get the Salmon set unless it's lunch time when the lunch menu is cheaper.

The chicken teriyaki is sometimes questionable, but they've got great rolls & agedashi tofu is delish. Service is quick & the bill is always cheap !

Great cheap lunch specials ! Also have brown rice for their rolls (as shown in picture).

Sushi taste OK, but don't expect anything special. Sushi portions are big, also you'll have a complimentary soup , salad and ice cream to your order, so you won't leave the place hungry.

Spicy tuna maki and hand rolls game is very very strong.

Great price! I have to check twice on the menu if they gave me the right order of Bento Box I wanted. Place gets a bit crowded on a weekend night.

Go to New Gen and grab 99A (spicy vegetarian maki ), 99E (tempura yam and avocado ) and salmon sushi pizza . You get a 10-15% discount for sitting at the bar , take-out, and going to their other location!

Great staff and the lunch specials are a fantastic value, but it can get loud when it fills up. Great for a 1 am sushi fix. If there's a line , another location is down the street at Bathurst and Bloor

So good!! The handroll set A is the best value! Can't find spicy shrimp handroll anywhere else!

Been coming here for years and years, but tonight we had such horrific, rude, condescending service and will never return. Plenty of decent, cheap spots in the neighbourhood - SKIP New Gen !!

Get extra teriyaki sauce on the side. Best teriyaki sauce anywhere. Perfect for dipping tempura and on teriyaki and rice .

One time i got a bug in my food, the next time my teriyaki was swimming in water sauce. Disgusting, I gave this place 3 chances and all 3 were horrible. Save your time, go anywhere else but here.
