This location has an incredible spinning program called "The Pursuit" which is a computerized system that allows you to compete in real-time against everyone else. I have never worked harder!!

Dont get ur nails done at the spa if ur in a rush. The lady takes 2hrs!! Literally and the job isnt even good. Trainers are good for martial arts , every class is challenging n u break a sweat
This location is one of my favorites. It has a small club feel and levels of cardio for privacy. There's also a pool! Tell them I recommended you!
One of the newest Equinoxs in the city so the facilities are impeccable. The cycling classes are extremely good so make sure to sign up early. Stop at the juice bar for a delicious smoothie !

Make sure to take kickboxing on Monday and Friday nights with Akin. Great cardio and strength workout; just make sure to get there before class . It fills up!
I love my gym - rockclimbing wall, 2 floors of cardio , squash courts , encouraging personal trainers , endless amounts of classes - this place makes me WANT to work out - every day.
The PB Açaí bowl at this Equinox is a little piece of heaven on earth. Do yourself a favor, if you're not allergic to peanuts .

They might be waiting for a class to start or for a friend, but there are girls here that turn the stretching mats into a coffee shop . Stops takibg up valuable space, shut the f* up and workout.

Compared to Greenwich ave location : it's an older & less gay crowd, less crowded pool area , less crowded in general, co-Ed steam & sauna , the steam rooms aren't are nice tho.
Now open Creative Juice cafe . So far had the grain bowl and almond milk . Both good.
We love the classes at this location, mainly spin and 30/60/90.
I really like this location. For a smaller Equinox it doesn't feel cramped and is rarely crowded .

It's worth following this yoga instructor around town - Johan will tell you to pretend your triceps are chocolate bars to get you in the right pose. It's almost not that weird.

Take a cardio kickbox class from Akin Williams. He kicks your ass and makes you laugh on top of it.
Who said that their juice bar is cheap ?! It's freaking the most expensive juice bar in any of the New York gyms ... And selection is not as close as good as in other juice bars ...
