Good quality place, indeed. Hostess was very welcoming and accommodating. Staff is definitely top notch. Tried meatloaf and it lived up to it’s fame. Would add a tad more greens. Thumbs up anyway!
Cost little spot that is beer and wine only. If you're looking for some fried chicken & meatloaf this is a great place to get it. The lamb spam was a really interesting surprise.

Appetizer: The farro (larger couscous-like grain) with slow egg and crostini is a savory delight. Great for one (if filling). Might request more crostini when sharing.
Excellent fried chicken and meatloaf , but the surprising winner was the chorizo stuffed grilled octopus ! Excellent service and ambience.
Everything we ordered was delicious. Seasonal menu , but when we went they had butterscotch pudding- one of the best desserts I've ever had.
The mac n cheese is so good the recipe hasn't changed in 13 years. It includes Tabasco , nutmeg , dry mustard , a little worcestershire, and a firm Spanish drunken goat cheese , called Murcia al Vino . Read more

Homemade maltagliati with Dungeness crab was to die for. Love watching them prepare the food in the open kitchen - everything looks sooooo good!
The food here is comforting and refined, an gem for the prices. The fried chicken , deviled eggs , salads , and pastas are always excellent.
The gnocchi with crispy pork belly is fantastic. Be sure to sample one or two of their unusual yet fabulous wines by the glass.
We had reservations for a good-sized party for a friend's birthday. Great American comfort food . I had the meatloaf and it was delicious.
