Very nice hotel . I was there visiting someone for a booty call but it was the hotel that really made the experience magical. Xo

Veronica, Heather, Dywane & Margarita all went above & beyond & this is our first day (8 hours) here! I commend them highly &the hotel . Well done guys. All future hotel staff shld be so qualified.

Poor security at the Sheraton Crescent. Had the wheels stolen off our Suburban while parked in front of the hotel . Police dispatcher said this hotel is in a “busy” part of town for the police .

Starbucks here actually has pretty good coffee , and beer too!

Finally remodeled & no longer the scariest SPG property in Phoenix. Solid 3 star status but not the best location.

See if you can get upgraded to club level access for the club room on the 7th floor.

$9.95 per day, per device for amazingly sloooooow wifi . How is this not free? Sheesh
