Enjoyed our stay. Nice & clean . Ample space. Wish breakfast lasted longer. Would have been great to go later, not earlier, to avoid some of the traffic. A light dinner with happy hour would be nice.
Location is great! Their breakfast is really good and the rooms are comfortable . Rooms need updating, a/c in my room was not working well .
Loved breakfast - but wish it didn't end at 9:30- too early for vacationers. Liked Mgrs. Rec- great service & they cater to ALL ages. Wish I could've chosen desired room temp and tv volume- too limited
Great location! Starbucks next door. Weber American Grill across the street. Posh Champagne Bar , Spa , Haberdashery, across the street. Italian restaurant in the hotel .
Great River North location! Always full. Always loud . Friendly staff . Great place to stay for a fun Windy City getaway. Overnight Parking costs $50 everywhere! Welcome to Chicago.
Great location and Hector at the front deck is wonderful. It will be even better if/when they decide to spend a little money on it and do some updates. They need mattresses updated.
If ur going with group of friends then u should def choose it! Rooms are big and two blocks away from michigan ave
Great place to stay in the heart of the city . Awesome breakfast and evening drinks included.
This is a very nice facility there only issue is nighttime noise, which they can't prevent. So, they provide ear protection to help you sleep.
Parking is a little pricey , however, they let you come and go as many times as you want. The nearby parking garages do not.
The suites are really nice, and we got a complimentary happy hour with free beer and wine . The parking there is pricey , $45 a night to park !
Attended a conference here, great space with pretty good food.
There's free laundry (one washer, two driers) up on the 11th floor if you're staying a while.
It was a nice stay... Big rooms and friendly staff .. The cleaning services could be better though...
The breakfast in the Atrium is really good!
Awesome awesome!!
Breakfast is a clusterfuck and not great either. Though cocktails are free from 5:30-7pm
Perfect walking distance to/fro Portillo's and Gino's East
Ask for a corner room - there is no traffic past your door, and you get two outside windows, rather than one outside and one to the atrium .
Hotel parking is quite expensive at $46 per night. Instead opt for the the lot around the corner on Erie - parking is $25 per night.
Free drinks 530-730 for happy hour .
Free booze at manager's reception, yay ;))
Free happy hour from 5:30-7:30, and free breakfast in the morning!
Get to breakfast early, it gets real crowded real fast
This place is in serious need of a renovation. The rooms are like dark dingy dungeons.
Get to breakfast early to avoid the long line for omelettes .
Sooooooooo yummy!
Noisy , crowded , and indifferent front desk personnel. If you want a good night's rest, don't stay here.
Right across the street from a great grocery store .
excelente ubicacion. cuartos confortables .gym muy chico. desayunos decentes continental. recomiendo

Rooms are a bit dated but the views to the river/lake/city make up for it! Big fitness center and great location! Great for business trips. - Carlos Lopez
