I just love this store. I think it is great! I buy things that I need to get my closet in order plastic containers. I get cleaning supplies there too. They have very good prices. great produces too.

Spacious and clean along with helpful staff if you can find them. As I said it’s a pretty big space multilevel.

These guys really know how to bundle & tie up cardboard boxes. If you're moving, don't be afraid to dream big on box count, they'll help you walk out with them no sweat.

They take plastic bags, lightbulbs and batteries for recycling

Best place to get moving supplies. Bonus tip: if you've got a cart full of boxes, use the elevator instead of the escalator to get it back upstairs.

Extensive list of coffee that can be brewed manually (they use "pour over " technique). All medium roast. Nice lounge area

I mean. It's home hardware. Staff yell about promotional items and roll their eyes when you ask them for help. How I love service workers from this generation!

Spencer in the lighting department may be the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've ever met in a store that wasn't family-run.

Great selection of garden supplies and plants! Can't beat the prices. It almost feels like your back home in your suburban neighborhood .

Besides Mr Lee, which is a real and rare genius, everybody else SUCKS here... They don't give a damn... They greet you with a smile, but when you ask for assistance you are on your own!!!!

Consider yourself fortunate if you never have to call this Home Depot on the phone. Their hold music is loud , incessant static. Your ears may very well bleed.

No cell reception in most of the store. But I love this place. So many plants!

Hassles galore when you try to return. There is an unwritten rule that you need government ID even though its not on the receipt or posted at check out. Buyer beware!

Cheap tropical houseplants. Also, buy your moving boxes here since they're only $1 each.

You can recycle plastic bags here! The plant selection is above average.

Don't wait in line ! You can skip the cash registers with attendants and use the self checkout to pay for your items in half the time. Skip the line and proved to self checkout.

Online orders can be difficult to pick up in store--they need more staff at that desk!

The most proactively helpful staff I have ever had at a Home Depot .

If you've ever been to any other Home Depot anywhere, then you will immediately experience how ridiculously bougie this store is. If you're interested in more than home dec, go to the HD in Bklyn.

Picking up an online order at the store takes forever. You're better off getting it yourself.

I'm always blown away at how much home improvement stuff they can cram in here.

Look for Neil, really nice guy that provided excellent customer service.

Convenient, and they have everything, but the staff here is hit or miss re: service.

Service here is surly and sucks. I have been at HD 10 times in the past week and the service is much better at the Lex A be store uptown and worth the trip

Grab some low-energy Christmas lights . Superusers are cool on Foursquare, not electric bills.

OMG! Self check out is always a problem! No receipt was given & the so called manager couldn't get it either! Ridiculous bunch of incompetent staff . It NEVER happens at our Home Depot in FL.
