Hermann Park is a park Houston located in United States.
6201A Hermann Park Dr (btwn Fannin & Almeda) Houston , TX 77030 United States
The most beautiful park I’ve ever been. Ducks, birds, squirrels, lakes , lots of benches . Good playgrounds for toddlers & kids. Didn’t like the splash park -needs a new floor but it worked fine though!
Miller Theatre & hill , Japanese Garden , the reflection pond , the train & many local attractions within walking distance. Natural Science Museum , the Houston Zoo and a golf course all border the garden
You must attend a TUTS production at the pavilion. Bring your lawn chair, blanket and cooler full of cold beverages along with whatever picnic food you like. Grab a place on the hill and have a party!
A nice discovery!, Rent a bike and get lost in it ???? Or just simply walk as I did. Bring your own food and a book . Excellent plan to enjoy some fresh air ????????
Beautiful park , it looks so European. The gardens are so green and the Japanese garden it's pretty cute . Take some food and just enjoy a good evening at the Hermann Park.
One of the largest public parks in Houston & home to the Museum District and Zoo .The serenity and peacefulness of the park is wonderful & visitors have the opportunity to jog, golf or paddle boat .
Sometimes there will be little snack vendors by the reflection pond closer to the zoo entrance- which is great on hot days when a bottled water or an ice cream is much needed!
On a nice day walk the trails , take a paddle boat ride , or grab a blanket and a book and enjoy the beauty of nature.
The central hub is Hermann Park which is basically Houston’s Central Park . Folks come out here to picnic , ride pedal boats, see the Japanese Gardens , go to the zoo , and roll down Miller Hill .
One of the most beautiful parks in Houston . I'm coming every day to run. Safe and clean .
One of the best parks in Houston . Very well maintained, lots of things to do. Could eat very crowded during the weekend.
Project Manager Lindsay lives nearby and takes her dog here all the time. She loves to practice photography and feed the ducks. She usually ends up saving a turtle from time to time.
Awesome park , perfect to spend a weekend with the family. It also has a big circle for running
This is a great place to hangout when you're looking for a calm relaxing place. Also check out the zen garden , seeing the ducks and coyfish is amazing.
Huge park ! Great for running!
The only problem with this place is the horrible heat but this place is amazing, you'll really enjoy every step walked.????
Check out Miller Outdoor Theater . Sit on the hill for FREE and bring a picnic . Opera, symphony, movie nights, theater , Shakespeare in the Park , and more.
Big park you have to just start in a area. Exploring more as you go just have to do it. You will start having many adventures over time.
Great location for photographers ! Very versatile. Cute area hidden in the city .

Opened in 1899, this is Houston's first park . As one of the first desegregated public golf courses in the US, the park is now one of Houston's most historically significant public green spaces.
The area is nice for walking, bicycling or having a picnic . Overall a really nice park . Would recommend.

Best park in Houston for people watching and scenic views
Plays, museums , and the zoo . This could have been Houston's Central Park .
Great jogging trails . Neat golf range too. Greens are always nice and playable!
Use the kiddie train as a free shuttle to get around the park via many of the stops around the park . You only pay if you board at the main station.
