Even though it's crazy expensive , it's worth it. An emblematic Parisian brasserie . Food is tasty and servers are well trained .
I had the roasted chicken which was a little bit salty but very tasty, and the poached pear afterwards was amazing! Great french food .
Steak was excellent. Staff was incredibly friendly . Wasn't too crowded , but busy with local folks. Not on the main street.

Y’a moins mainstream dans les petites rues alentour , mais si on aime les institutions un peu figées de pas loin du Bd St Germain, le Balzar est très fréquentable
