The level of services is amazing from all Staff , especially Concierge ,such as Aline Kalar. And I recommend to all,to allow themselves to experience the luxury and services at The Ritz Carlton Chicago.
If you like Jameson and want something different try the Jame O Smash (the grilled lemon adds a lot to the flavor of the drink....)
Even with three reservation changes and the entire hotel being under construction you simply cannot beat it. Better than any other Ritz and the best hotel in Chicago , bar none!
Extraordinary location inside the water tower. Really confortable beds invite you to rest for the whole day. I'll be back
Love this Ritz! Classy , but not too stuffy!! The rooms are equipped nicely… free overnight shoeshine service available, too! Dry centrally located! Highly recommend!
Head to the renovated bar in the lobby. Chat with Mel. He’s been there for 20+ years and has a lot of stories to tell. Not to mention he makes a mean whiskey sour :)
At this location, in addition to the wonderful services provided don’t hesitate to ask the concierge team; they know things about restaurants and attractions you won’t find on the web.
Well , this Ritz is quite outdated. A refresh is overdue. That said, the service is spectacular as ever.
Beautiful lobby and restaurant area. Rooms are nice but nothing spectacular. Views of the lake are a plus. Sauna and steam rooms are included and a great way to relax
Our favorite Gold Coast perch , The Dec Rooftop Lounge + Bar , features barrel-aged cocktails , skyline views , ivy-covered trellises, and a giant, eye-shaped sculpture .
The Deluxe suites are amazing, very spacious living and dining area, good bedroom and don't get me started on the views especially from the 26th and up.
Great family-friendly hotel . Make sure to check in with the concierge before arriving, who will arrange special deliveries to your room. Staff treats kids like royalty.
The view was stunning. Such a nice hotel room. All the little luxuries I guess you should expect from this brand.
Have the afternoon tea - delicious collection of sandwiches , scones , and tiny desserts . You can also have coffee , or with an upcharge you can have champagne .
This hotel just finished a huge renovation in August and looks absolutely stunning! Talk about luxury !!!
Beautiful hotel ! Great staff ! Could definitely improve their morning coffee bar though. Pretty poor considering the level of clientele.

Great, friendly staff . The bed and pillows had you feeling like you were sleeping on a cloud. Try the Grilled Bloody Mary !
This is the ONLY Ritz-Carlton that is managed by the Four Seasons hotel management Co.
If you want only the very best and can afford the very best. Experience to die for.
The Concierge is super friendly and very helpful.
Great food & service at the restaurant . Friendly , elegant and relaxed atmosphere .
Best concierge staff in the city . No question.
Great view even from 20th floor. Staff is great and attentive. Meals are pricey for groups so would do hold dinner elsewhere.
Room 2506 nice lake view !
Beautiful hotel with great view

I was amazed staying at this one of the Best hotel in Chicago . However the wireless broadband is pretty slow! This is killing!
Such a huge disappointment from my last experience here. Not only was the 2 bedroom suite filthy but nothing they said came through. Recommend avoiding. There are a ton of options downtown.
Try the Steele Pinot Noir , Caneros - delicious. At Deco bar or avail with room service
Needs updating but process is underway - will reserve judgement until then but still a fine hotel

I've been going to Water Tower ever since I was young. I'm still mesmerized by the glass elevator. The Foodlife is a food court that accommodates all taste buds. The Water Tower is great fun for all. - Raveese Gladney
