An amazing outpost in Chicago. If you're in a club room , the Langham Club on floor 12C had great views , ambience, and light food. Service is second to none, and location is great as well .

Found the whole experience excellent. Spa , steam, sauna , relaxation room, gym and pool were additional benefits. That were open for long enough to use. You can ask for out of hours times if required

Apparently has great high tea . "Battling for space on the silver tiered trays are cranberry scones , pistachio cinnamon chouquette, chocolate caramel petit fours and every iteration of finger sandwich "

This historic and classic hotel chain has thought of everything in their new Chicago. No detail is spared, from complimentary headphones in the gym to Bluetooth enabled Bose speakers in the bedrooms.

Service is excellent starting when you walk up to the door. Their Chuan Spa is by far one of the best in the country .

It's like heaven here. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place from the rain shower in the bathroom to the fine linens to the epic customer service. Wow.

If you can afford the Club rooms , you will not be disappointed. Great lounge and butlers.

Grand Ballroom food, service and ambience

A bit distanced from the Mag Mile, but service is splendid, spacious rooms are fully renovated. Magnificent enough.

Stay on the club hotel and have the butler draw you a special bath....

For a hotel so new it’s sad that there are no power outlets next to the bed to charge your phone. And even worse when you have to unplug a lamp because it’s not easy to find the switch or control

I would highly recommend staying here! Great staff , location, and very clean !

One of the best hotels . If you have the means, I highly suggest a suite.

Beautiful hotel , absolutely inconvenient they do not have a 24 hour gym and that you need a security escort to work out at any other hour. For a business hotel , that's unacceptable

Don't stay anywhere else. Ignore at your own peril. Or do so if you enjoy disappointment.
