Beautiful views over Singapore - the best you’ll get. Loved the ambiance, multilevel seating, and decor. Food was delicious too. Went for a 5 course set dinner which was yum, but very small portions

Caviar offered here is the En-K de caviar Osetra range by Kaviari. Served in the original blue tin. Paired with mini blini (Russian crepes ) & creme fraiche

The steaks are really good here and definitely something you should try ! Get the sampler platter with 3 types of steak if you can't decide or just want a variety !!

Cheen The Curious

Enjoyed the foie gras topped with spiced popcorn , although both dining partner & I concurred that the liver tasted overly fried. Peanut satay sauce & diced mangoes complemented well

Cheen The Curious

Crab cake . Served in a fried dough skin, the combo had a fun soft-crunchy bite. Can’t remember much about the tomato-based Romesco sauce ????

What’s good here, you ask? The steak . The incredible view . Have a steak and enjoy the incredible view !

Stuffed shitake was yummy. Pork-ginger patty was placed on flipped mushrooms & baked. Served topped with bacon mayo , bonito flakes & chives

Sun sets after 7pm. To start your dinner meal with the evening glow, come earlier during the golden hour. 6:45pm should be safe throughout the year

Cheen The Curious

Wagyu steak was sheer delight! Restaurant served the Wylarah beef from Australia. Use the truffle sauce sparingly ????

Cheen The Curious

Restaurant is at level 70 of Swissotel (building on the right). Position offers it commanding views day or night

Cheen The Curious

For smokers. The smoking room is right next to the toilets one flight of stairs down. Best to ask staff for directions

Cheen The Curious

Black cod meat was expectedly sweet, accompanied with green peas and clam butter sauce . Unimpressed with the gnocchi which was probably overcooked

Cheen The Curious

Singapore skyline. Beautifully sparkling at night ????
