Incredible BBQ . Went there with a group of locals and out of towners and everyone LOVED it. Go for the sampling platter with brisket , sausage , and pork ribs .
Sampler platter is good way to try a little bit of everything, and it's a great value . Brisket burnt ends on a hefty housemade jalapeno cheddar biscuit is also a great choice.
Trinity platter is a great deal and gives you a good sampling of everything. Bark on the brisket was fantastic.
