Prior to going up Willis Tower aka Sears Tower, I was skeptical about the views and what I'd see.. Though the lines are long (best time to go is when they open), it was definitely an experience! Do it

This is one of my favorite places ever! I love heights, and this is perfect for fellow heights-lovers. If I had to go again, I would go earlier in the day for fewer crowds.

Must do attraction in Chicago. The experience of being outside of the building is really amazing. It's in the Willys Tower that is the tallest building in Chicago and the 2nd in the USA.

You may choose the brilliant weather if you want to see the scenery ???? At holiday times place is very crowded and you wait almost 1 hour. If you want to take some gifts there is a shop on the way out.

Buy your tickets online to avoid the first line when you get to the building. Even better, but a City Pass and get discounted entry too.

Was a great experience. Line was super long and hot and stuffy but definitely worth it once we got to the top! Super great views and amazing photo opportunities .

Uncanny view of the city we all love. Get there early because lines are quite long, especially during weekends or tourist seasons. Worth the price to admire the seer beauty of Chicago.

Worthless those $23! They let you go up despite fog; just 2 elevators , unmotivated staff , no show(s) and weird unreadable information! Dear management please visit the One World Observatory and learn

Even the elevator ride up was fun! I live in Chicago but it was still a great experience going up there to see all of Chicago from so high up

The long waiting line is totally worth it! View is breathtaking and the scary feeling while you're standing on the deck is great!

Get there as early as you can the lines are long and once you think you are about to go up to the sky deck you just enter into another room will another long line . Views are great once your are up.

Had the fast pass (with the Chicago Citypass) but didn’t really need it since it was relatively quiet when I went (midweek in mid-October). The lines for the ledge(s) weren’t that long either.

Definitely worth the wait to stand on the ledge, this small glass box 103 stories high overlooking Chicago! Impossible not to tremble!!

The sky deck is one of the most amazing views I ever saw. Try the ledge view as well , where between your feet you can see 103 stores down!

The most beautiful night view I've never had before! It's good to go there late such as 9:30 or 10pm so that you can own the whole place!

What a view . Great one time MUST experience. Long lines . Buy the fast pass . I didn't and waited an hour to get in and 30 min to get out.

Beautiful view of Chicagoland and Lake Michigan. Lots of educational and interesting trivia , brave the Ledge. An experience that shouldn't be passed up.

Don’t go on the weekend. Try and go 30 mins before it opens on a Thursday or Monday. Hat way you aren’t wasting most of your day just to take pictures for a few minutes.

The view is good, but not sure if worth the long waiting . If planning to go up, don't fight to get into the deck, go to the one that takes the officials pics and enjoy (tell them that you'll buy it)

Go early in the morning and wait until it opens. There will be a line to get up. Recommend getting a city pass to avoid lines upstairs

get a model of the tower made right in front of you at the Mold-a-Rama, outside the downstairs gift shop

Really cool views from the new all glass jutting-out decks at the top! Kids loved it and we got a great pic of them just "hanging in the air"

Dining here gets you the entire sky deck to your party and the food service is excellent

Elevator is fast AF, the fast pass skips a huge part of the line . Their “pro” photos of you cost $30 but the workers will use your camera or phone as well .

Buy tickets online in advance to skip the line . Can see four different states on a clear day: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin

Chicago 360!! Amazing view , make sure you get there early, opens at 10 am.

For planning purposes, give yourself a solid hour (at least) just to get up to the Skydeck. It's one incredible view once you're up there though!

You are in Chicago, you can't miss this place. Worth every single penny

A must do... Take the professional photo and be considerate to the other visitors don't take 100 pictures... There's people waiting in line !

This place is amazing! :D Be sure to come in the afternoon or in the early morning so you can see the majestic sun over the city !

Great looking out when it is a perfectly clear day with no clouds. you can litterally see for miles. and the legde is a must try, even for those who are afriad of heights.

If you want an entry souvenir photo, don't wear green or you might look like a floating head. The picture is taken in front of a green wall & then an image of the city is added wherever it has green.

I bought a ticket combo to the Skydeck @ the museum of Fine Arts . When I got to the Skydeck, there was a scandalous 3hr wait, and having a ticket didn't grant me any fastline access. I lost $20.

The view is the best! The wait isn't too long. The cheapest way is to buy tickets at the ticket counter, fast pass is unnecessary.

If you are nervous sit on your butt with your back to the view and scoot out onto the ledge--but whatever you do make sure you do take lots of pictures of you and your friends and family on the ledge.

Get tix online to skip the line . Get there when they open to avoid waiting by the ledge for ppl too finish taking their pics.

Excellent experience! Lines can be for 3 hours during summer. But worth it.

The line can be really long. Took 3 hr to make it to the top, but it was worth it.
