Milk bun breakfast sandwiches , Fan tuan (Taiwanese rice rolls ). Donuts . Everything is so good. Come for breakfast/lunch before 1. Come again for dinner .
they keep experimenting! For one, the chicken box went from boneless to bone-in and from an "imperial glaze" to, well , that glaze again, but now you can get it with cayenne and five spice. way better!
The scallion pancake BEC lived up to the hype and then some. The mochi donut and toffee chocolate chip cookie were incredible too
Best thing is the milk bun ginger deluxe. Instead of subbing a scallion pancake , you can order one on the side and get best of both worlds ????
Mochi donut , fried chicken bun , shrimp bun , pine cookie , date cake , mortadella pancake , pan fried pork dumpling
Mochi donuts - while heavily mochi , they’re just fried enough to satiate that part of you that’s craving donut . Unclear if they accept cryptocurrency.
Scallion breakfast sandwiches & mochi donut were amazing, can’t wait to come back!
Egg & cheese on scallion pancake with shrimp cake is the breakfast order. ???? Cute spot with good coffee & wine choices too.
GrubHub - NYC ExcitingNew Brgs Sept'19: Hambao - aged-beef burger is perf messy. blob of melted raclette chz will flow out, bringing fermented bean curd & mayo with it. Only so much 2milk buns can do
The chopped cheese is phenomenal in a scallion pancake and the other mains were good (chicken box + burger ), but the salads were only fine and the soft serve is bad.
Scallion pancake breakfast sandwiches and mochi donut are excellent
This is well worth the hype. Don’t miss the 5 spice iced latte , scallion pancake BEC , fan tuan , and mochi donut .
So unbelievably good that I'm tempted to leave a bad review to try to dissuade other people from going! Be sure to get the pig knuckle sandwich and the custard toast .
Everything is good here. Opt for the scallion pancake egg and cheese and of course the sticky rice rolls .
BEC on Milkbun (scallion pancake version is too much imo). Also the donut with fermented red bean
Caramelized pineapple soft serve is so decadent. Portion is good for two to share.
Good, expensive , and not worth waiting in line out the door. If the line is short go for it otherwise pick another neighborhood option!
The BEC with scallion pancake really hit the spot. Also a fan of the mochi donut !
The bacon egg and cheese with the scallion pancake is incredible.
The scallion breakfast sandwich is amazing
Incredible. My favorite place to eat in NYC. Mind blown.
Everything was great but I wasn’t expecting the custard toast to hit so hard
If you’re looking for something unique, get the scallion chopped cheese .
Fan turn and pork buns are only available until 3p
Bacon , egg and cheese on scallion pancake somehow exceeded the hype. Gotta try it yourself.
The scallion pancake BEC and you must try the mochi donut !
The mochi donut ????
ginger deluxe sauce so fuego. the pork bun dish was “too much” tho
I have to try those mochi doughts! Recommended by @jamesyworld on Instagram.
Corn is deliciousss
The chicken sandwich was just skin even though it’s still good at the original Win Son
love the hambao. this place gets mad packed in the morning/afternoon
Love the pork fan tuan and custard toast !
Scallion goodies are lovely
Great breakfast - milk buns and scallion pancakes !!!
The line moves rather swiftly. Inside is not quiet to talk.
Fried chicken milk bun
Mochi . Donuts . Everyday.
BEC on a milk bun with some kind of special sauce ????
Mochi donut is amazing
Everything is good
BEC is ????????????.
That BEC is unforgettable.
Cinnamon brioche and the sour cream covfefe cake are not to be underestimated ???????? - @joeljet
The owner is the sweetest! They have mochi treats - coconut pandan, ube, churro. Cinnamon rolls & pound cakes are to die for! - Kimmie Ohh
Incredible baked goods. Croissant with double chocolate and jalapeño! Chocolate chip cookie. Saturday-only cinnamon bun. Bacon and cheddar quiche. City of Saints coffee - Jeremy Fisher
excellent brunch: doujiang youtiao (savory; I’m sure sweet is great too); pan seared pork buns; chicken and waffles; beef roll - Alex Robertson
Cute, cozy shop. Like all the dried fruit, Imo, the pineapple was juiciest. Love all the jams, I couldn't decide but went with my intuition before I sampled everything. - Lin da
A hipster friendly Japanese cafe and restaurant. Food is delicious and cheap. People bring books or laptops to study. There isn't a lot of spots to sit. Service is quick. Try the salmon bento. Trendy. - Berk Kapicioglu
