Beautiful old hotel in classic grand luxe style. Friendly staff , perfect location, cool spa area, large cosy rooms . It even has a 2-star Michelin restaurant . Everything is very expensive though.

Good location in the harbour/center. Excursion boats take off literally fm the front door. Very elegant bar run by Turkish gentleman. Perfectly clean rooms . Recommend Swedish style part of the hotel .

Really like this hotel . If you want to drink/eat something with a nice view make sure to make a reservation first as it might be booked .

Have stayed on the 6th and 2nd floors. Quieter rooms do not face the harbor . Lower floors get a ton of noise from the party halls. Suggestion is to get a higher floor facing a side street!

Came here for the buffet breakfast . Selection is fresh and the place is very tasteful. Come here if you would like a little treat for yourself.

Went for a drink at the Cadier Bar , the one with ginger was really good!

Fantastic Smörgåsbord . I recommend the grand spice herring , it has a touch of Cinnamon .

A bit overcrowded, especially during breakfast and around elevators . One can expect more from "The Grand Hotel "

Well , of course it's good. But I expected more ;) Overcrowded: during weekends long line to the restaurant , empty plates and wild crowds.Only two tiny elevators in the main hall. Won't visit again.

Perfect hotel except for their restaurant . They shouldnt have closed the old fashioned one which was similar to The Ritz hotel restaurant in London.

For it's hotel rating, the service could be a lot better. Staff should be trained to be more professional and handle guest issue less passively and more intimately .

Bad view due to construction at the pierce. Though nice food and extremely nice waitresses .
