I normally prefer pork or chicken broth , but I have to say the tunakatsu was delicious; rich tasty broth and charred tuna belly ftw! Get extra noodles because the bowl isn't all that large or filling
Gratuity included! The ramen broth here is great and heavily seafood based. You can get some really interesting flavors and ingredients. I had monkfish liver in my rich broth and it was super tasty!
More fish - and seafood-centric than many other ramen shops; portions are pricy but small, make sure to slurp your noodles quickly and order the kaedama (side of noodles ) to really fill up.
Immaculate meny and great service. Ramen with oysters in creamy almond milk broth was something really rather special. Sashimi and sake also spot on.
They specialize in fish based ramen which makes for light soup bases that won't make your eyes glaze over when you down it. Great flavors and friendly staff .
The bacon and egg is so good I literally ordered another one right after the first...get it!
Excellent. The ramen is great but the mazemen is phenomenal, ask waiter for rec of the day and obey unequivocally. Worth the wait, get a drink nearby at Bushwick Country Club .
TimeOut #3 Ramen : "Bowls include calling-card bacon-and-egg mazemen or daily-changing shoyu , or sit at the four-stool counter overlooking the open kitchen for a reservations-only ramen tasting menu ."
Tunakotsu was delicious! One of the tastiest ramen broths I’ve ever had. Also the staff is so friendly !
Great fish-based ramen , and specialty mazemen (ramen without broth). Serves traditional Japanese breakfast in the morning (as Okonomi).
The Ankimo Miso Ramen features noodles which swim in a creamy monkfish liver broth with torched squid and bitter dandelion greens. Kind of weird, but it tastes like you're eating the ocean.
Mazemen is their specialty. Ramen is all seafood based. Bacon and egg mazemen is dope - portions are a bit small. Grab an Orion
literally 12 seats. ramen is pretty seafood based fishy and the broth-less ramen is fugeo. probably better ramen is this lit city but the spot is one of a kind
They specialize in seafood ramen . The ramen is so interesting and flavorful.
Had the tuna shoyu ramen . Was simple, delicious and refined - I really loved this place!
Awesome ramen . Some of the best I've had in the hood.
The sashimi specials and, in particular, the monkfish ramen are an absolute badass.
Fish-broth ramen
Best Japanese/Ramen in New York. Very authentic .
Ask for the pork broth !
Bacon and egg mazemen topped with uni – get it.
Salmon mazeman is bomb
Best ramen in town
Spicy tuna mazemen
Experimentei o Ankimo Miso Ramen que vem com pedaços de polvo e o caldo meio apimentado , não espere os ramens tradicionais neste restaurante , mas se quiser comer um ramen diferente aqui é o lugar!
