Very family friendly ! Rooms are huge, food is good but not overpriced, view is fantastic and the beds are really soft and comfy . What more could you want?

Why can't they just put the coffee out where you can get it yourself? It's the one thing at the breakfast buffet you have to ask for, it takes them forever to bring it, then you should leave a tip?

I've stayed in nicer motels than this. Everything is old. Toilet broke and they wouldn't fix it. I can't believe this is a Doubletree. They're usually so nice

Room size great, cookies good but first night called and went down for pillows and extra towels got towels hour later and was told all pillows were out??? Second night worse bad service wont be back

Haven't even got to a room yet and already unimpressed. They don't seem particularly accommodating when you have a flight arrival early. I guess I sit in the lobby for 6 hrs until the checkin time.

So not impressed with the hotel . Had to change rooms 3 times before I got a room where everything worked. Not very clean either. Found a dirty towel in my bathroom !

DONT STAY HERE! Horrible customer service and planning! Won't even respond to emails or phone calls now! Never Again!
