Book in advance if you are going to go for morning flights as it gets really busy. The have two food offerings, a breakfast , all day and nibbles. Enjoy the view over the airport from the window
Great lounge . Good breakfast choice but go for a sausage sub over bacon , which is a bit on the scant side. Wifi code is in the menus. Lounges worldwide from £13.50 a visit here: http://ow.ly/3jsMxW
Comfortable and super fancy . Great bar . You can order hot food—menu looked great but I didn’t try any.
If you use priority pass it's worth pre-booking. Otherwise you run the risk of being turned away at busy periods.
It is misleading to suggest this lounge is available to Priority Pass or other lounge scheme memberships, it has pretty much been fully booked every time I’ve tried to use it (with one exception).
I always pick up a Pret sandwich (only good food in this godforsaken airport ) and wash it down with a (free) G&T (or three) in the lounge . Away from the commoners in the public space...Bliss.
The complimentary bistro menu is great. Can't beat a bacon roll or a fish finger sarnie . Plus free fizz with every third check in thanks No. 1 and Foursquare.
Inside is ok and comfortable . Can order hot food too. Getting in is the problem if you don't have a reservation ,which costs 5 pounds per person, it's next to impossible to get in.
One of the best lounges in my opinion. Make sure you order some food, and not just fill yourself up with the buffet .
Well worth it to escape the hustle and bustle of Gatwick . Staff can be a little too efficient at clearing away your half-finished drinks when you get up to stretch your legs.
Great lounge , but don't expect the staff to be keen on serving drinks - takes forever to get anyone's attention; and you can't get your own alcoholic drinks .
Must admit: quiet , relaxing and away from the chaos BUT for better coffee and fresh croissants just turn around and head back into the terminal...
Great place to spend time but it might be queue to get there.
It’s rubbish, better of with Pret or Starbucks outside
If you have a Priority Pass, you can pre-order a glass of champagne on their website for £7.50, and guarantee your entry.
Don't get too excited: you can only one item from the food menu, and they're quite small. They're oddly fond of children's food too - fish fingers and beans on toast ??
Very comfortable lounge with stunning views across the runway
It is not that crowded any longer, and the menu options look really good! Feels almost like a restaurant
Best PriorityPass lounge I have been in. V friendly staff and nice complimentary food, not just crisps and biscuits .
Great lounge - cool surroundings, good food, good service . Just as good as any business class lounge . And open to anyone for just £20. Well worth it
An excellent lounge . Better than any other at Gatwick . Friendly , spacious , for Business or Pleasure. Highly recommend.
As a Priority Pass user I found this lounge a breath of fresh air compared with some dingy Servisair ones. Bacon sandwich and champagne recommended at 7am!
Complimentary hot food to order. Pretty good for a priority pass lounge !
Bacon roll was good, roll was soft, however one rasher of bacon , next time i'll order 2.. Was not filling.. Was £25 for the lounge pass,
Nice and relaxed out of the way place, food choice could be better but a nice experience
Sadly the free hot breakfasts are no more. And chances are you won't find a seat. Was great while it lasted.
Love this lounge . Perfect before travel self serve bar and snack selection love this lounge .
So much better than those grungy Servisair lounges !! Really decent food - try the pork pie ! Such great, friendly service .
Check in on 4sq BEFORE you pay for for the offer!!!
Nicely decorated comfy lounge . Waiter service for drinks and food - personally I'd prefer self-service. On the downside champagne is £8 per glass with no free prosecco/cava alternative
Limited food and drink choices, not quite the BA lounge !
Given that the newbie special has to be claimed before you check into the lounge . It is pretty unlikely to cost them anything!
The food is terrible. Even the butter for the rolls were terrible. Highly recommend just coming here for the nice atmosphere, cool bartenders and open bar . Stay far away from food
Noisy . Very bright . Interesting view of the apron. Even the library is less than a sanctuary. Literally two toilets AFAIK. Use if you're not flying BA...
Great place to chill before your flight, worth every penny. Has large glass wall so you can watch the planes land and take off.
Good breakfast comfortable lounge to waste a bit of time in ..
Wifi : No. 1 Lounges and pw: Travelsmart - pretty decent food but often a queue to get in
Can be hassle getting in with priority pass. Don't give in. Say you'll sit at the bar .
Great hospitality , amazing view , good coffee and plenty of snacks !
They've renovated upstairs. More sofas and a bit of privacy!
Always full. Staff promises to call when places become available, but they never do.
Don't believe the hype. On a busy day this place is terrible. It smells of vinegar. We were made to wait 15 mins as priority pass holders due to pre-bookers. The newspapers were limited and seats poor
Small, noisy , crowded . Food is ok, you need to wait in the line for bar to get a beer or wine .
Vile place! Disgusting food and ignorant, rude staff ! Cathay Pacific please find an alternative!
Try the Eggs Benedict; delicious! And don't forget the pastry ; jummy. A real buzz when I was there.
Nice clean environment and friendly staff . Found it easy to get drinks. Bacon roll v.nice
Very nice and good food selection. I would come back.
A decent lounge . Complimentary hot food available upon request. No bottled water though.
Fills up very quickly. Food selection is limited but the drinks are cold.
As always, fantastic customer service & very polite staff . Great view too!
The recent changes (July 2013) seem to have worked! Smooth and quick. Took no time at all even with two additional checks. They also appear to have sourced some friendly polite staff! - Tim Jackson
The stairs at the end of the centre concourse lead to the southbound A23 bus stops. Quicker then via the road subway - Mark Tickner
love the airport layout. not so much to do on the outside, but as soon as you through customs, there are many great opportunities to waste your time while waiting - Indie Cindy
