The staff are great, every morning I pop in for a coffee they're happy.Asking for your name to serve the coffee is a new one on me but a nice touch
Know your order and grab any food you want before you join the queue - you won't get near the menu board to decide and you'll get your toasted panino (or whatevs) much sooner if you are prepped
This former pub used to be occupied by a family of station mice before it became a coffee franchise . Now a new sort of rodent occupy the space (usually around 8-10am)
Seek out this quirky but charming coffee shop ; few realise that it was the first Starbucks branch to open outside the US, and it is still the UK's flagship outlet #liesfortourists
Nowhere near as busy as one might think. Nice little mezzanine upstairs.
Give them your name when they ask. You're not royalty, you're not special. Don't be a dick.
The best coffee ever, great service also, specially early in the morning when the place is empty
Don't bother if you want to use your Starbucks card - haven't had the tills equipped to handle it since it opened.
Great friendly staff - coffee tastes better than upstairs too!
They ask for your name get it wrong it's Starbucks what else
A little surprised that they world not accept gift cards (June 2013). Something to do with their franchise status. It wasn't clear to me either.
20% discount if you ask if they take Starbucks card (which they don't hence the discount !)
There is a screen upstairs showing the next train to depart!!
Doesn't accept Starbucks Card .there's another Starbucks that accepts Starbucks Cards , head towards the Waterloo Road entrance, they're next door to McDonald's.
Share a photo of the incorrect name they write on ur coffee . Tweet to @jasonkneen. This is "Jason"
Efficient and quick.
Got 20% off my coffee because they can't accept Starbucks cards yet :)
Small store on the road level of the station
This place now accepts Starbucks cards
Have WiFi now but still no sb cards and can't pay by phone
Starbucks cards now accepted
Franchise starbucks. They don't take the card.
Ask for coffee extra hot
Nice mugs.
Read the tips before buying your coffee . It really is as bad as everybody says it is.
Avoid this place, it's a franchise and this should not be a Starbucks. The lime cooler is not available and staff are annoying with their way they take orders.
Prepare to queue in the weekday morning! It does get mightily busy
Not my favourite starbucks shop... Looks tired. Best coffee at Waterloo station though...
Now accept Starbucks Card
Real free wifi after registration _The Cloud
Friendly staff , however it could do with a make over.
Mmmm! First coffee of the day!
I don't know what they do but the coffee tastes pretty funky and not in a good way :-(
Probably the slowest Starbucks service ever
Worse coffee ever. Just can't get it right. How difficult can a creamy depressed macchiato be ?
Avoid buying your coffee here. Rather buy from the many portable Cafe Nero's or Costa on the main station level.
No WiFi & Don't accept SB Card
Poor wifi connection
Worst SB ever! Never got the right order! Coffe instead of chai , then milk missing from Chai latte ...
Coffee tastes like water and no toilets
Yet another Starbucks store that can't accept the Starbucks card . When are they ever going to sort this out?
Worst Starbucks ever.
