There is no place like this. Coastal views . Dogs are allowed to be off-leash for a large portion of the area. Overall, a great hike for the family.
Walk the entire route, Mesa lane steps, across beach toward Henry's boathouse then up the side trail into Douglas Family preserve
Be careful around the fallen trees at the edge of the bluff, there are honeybees in one of them.
Explore the side paths and venture into the trees to find hidden enclaves among the oaks
