Manna's Soul Food & Salad Bar

Manna's is one of my fav soul food spots in NYC. I loved the variety of food they have from soul food and even some Jamaican. Just be mindful that your plate gets weighed to calculate the cost!

I love mama so food salad bar the staff and food are very good. I love the variety that they serve. this restaurant is well worth it.

No frills spot with delicious soul food . Make sure you pick a recently fried batch of fried chicken .

Everything I had was good. But I went for the fried chicken and it did not disappoint.

What ever you eat, make sure jerk or honey glazed chicken are part of it.

A local classic. Be sure to get some collard greens !

THE MAC AND CHESSE IS ON POINT ADD THAT WITH ROASTED TURKEY SOME GREENS. DON'T FOR GET THE ICE TEA AND SOME COBBLER .
