 Early risers get $6 matinee before noon. Weekends mean that the movie has to compete with the interactive audience to be heard. Not to mention the serial texters. Service is lethargic and in of love.

Before noon prices are now $7 but still cheaper than everywhere else. The theater never fills up and you can always grab a good seat. Plus, the concession is usually cheaper by a buck or two.

The photo booth is really cute for those quick date pics. The prices are insane be sure to have at least 60 bucks for you and your date or you'll starve. Atmosphere is kinda bleh thirsty men ????

Go during off peak hours. It's quiet and enjoyable. The black history memorabilia in the lobby is inspiring.

This place is generally considerably cheaper. But the best part is it's generally mot very crowded . So you'll likely be able to get a seat even if you're late, and gonna have good place too.

I really enjoy seeing movies here and your staff are very nice and professional, but I often notice that the theaters and ladies room smell more than they used to. More care would make a difference.

Matinee shows are the best way to avoid the crowds. But there'll always be someone trying to get in the credits yelling at the movie . Take a seat.

If I was my girlfriend Rafaella I would avoid the snacks at the concession stand and bring some KFC fried chicken in the theater

Nice big theatre just buy your tickets in advance there's always a long line at the ticket booth

Get your tickets in advance or you will have to be on a very long line .

Cheapest for good movie screens lots of shops around so you can get there early and have something to do

Movie theater smells weird, but the iconic black faces along the wall make for a good walk through. Comfy seats and food taste decent.

Go for the late show when no one's around! No lines . Just you and the screen! It's awesome. Even better for dates.

Only movie theatre in upper manhattan but they only show certain movies - and gets others weeks after the release dates. It's only 4 blocks away but I rarely go :(

AMC magic Johnson 9 is a little bit dirty but at least the popcorn is delicious

This is a last resort of you wanna see a movie before noon on the weekend for $6. The staff are rude, the place is unruly, and it's apparent that it's okay to bring babies to R-rated movies .

Really comfy seats . Clean and not usually very crowded .

This is kind of the only major theater in the area, but people get loud in there. You can find in crowded screenings though.

Came to watch a matinee. For whatever reason the theater opened at 10:15am for a 10:25am movie . Seats were kind of gross.

Go on Saturday night to enjoy the extraordinary amount of dimes hanging out.

Please do something about the volume control! It distorts completely because it's so loud .

Can't enjoy the movie because people are talking too much and cell phones sounding off .. This is B S...

Movie started a half hour late, no previews...then halfway through, screen went black. "Technical difficulties" and we got refunds instead of getting to see the rest of the movie .

Female bathroom was disgusting reported feces on toilet and floor before my 2hr movie started went back after the movie it was still there. Spoke with the manager I hope he got that cleaned up

You'll never have trouble getting a seat. But that's probably because all the theaters smell like a wet dog.

It's ok. Has nothing on regal theatres or amc in Times Square as far as cleanliness and appearance

Rude employees, malfunctioning lights, extreme amount of talking in the theater and let's not get into the little boy kicking my moms seat the whole time! Just my experience though.
