The most realistic brauhaus I've been to in the states . Reminded me much of some Bamberg beer halls. Great selection and prices to boot. Make sure to grab a Maß! (Or two)

Now way to not order the Wurstbrett sausage sampler with sauerkraut and NINE sausages :BRATWURST , BAUERNWURST, UNGARISCHEWURST, SPECKWURST, PFEFFERBEISSER, KÄSEWURST, KIELBASA , WEIßWURST, and WIENER.

Happy hour is a great time to come - $4 sausage sandwiches and $4 smallest size of each beer (ranges from .2 to .5 L). Great way to try different beers before ordering the liter, or the 2L boot!

If you want a German feel without flying Luftansa, here's the place. Excellent import brews, waitresses in "traditional" German attire, and long wood tables / benches give this place the right feel.

The relatively spacious , unencumbered dining area stands in contrast to most South Street venues. This set-up tends to attract families with young children, especially on weekend afternoons.

If you're looking for good German good and beer (bier ) this is a great option. Make sure you ask for the herb butter to dip your pretzel in - that's entirely authentic German ! And a shot of schnapps

Great beers on tap and decent sized place. Music is super super loud though. Went on an off time so it wasn't too happening, but I would check it out again

When on South St. you MUST stop in and have a Pretzel , Potato Pancakes , and potato salad ! GREAT FOOD !!! Wash it all down with GREAT German Beer 

Lots of unknown beers by the bottle. Good place to just sit down n talk with a beer . Even on a saturday night.

The $3 appetizer items are a great way to get a quick snack at the bar to go with your beer .
