Hotel Palace Berlin

Friendly staff , amazing room service (try the hamburgers ), high comfort and a great location to discover Berlin on foot and with the help of the metro.

We stayed at this hotel & had an amazing hotel experience directly in the heart of Berlin. The staff is very friendly . We ate at the gourmet restaurant first floor & enjoyed an outstanding cuisine.

Good variety for breakfast , cosy and clean rooms (we were living at 7th "club" floor) and super pleasant sleep (special thanks for pillows ). will stay here again

Great classic hotel . Centrally located- can walk everywhere and very friendly staff .

Be regenerated and get pampered at the treatments offered at this hotel . The Finnish Sauna here is excellent.

Spa area - not big, but pool is nice. Variety of food for breakfast .

A run down hotel from a once fairly good standard. Unfriendly personal! As a regular guest, I am no longer wishing to stay in it's not very clean rooms . Has reduced to a 3 star hotel for me!

One of best Restaurants of Berlin is located in the "FirstFloor" of Palace Hotel . This is the name of the Restaurant , as well - First Floor ... Yummie

No garage close to the hotel for your car, they take your car to a nearest garage somewhere, and costs like hell-a-lot! No restaurant grade room service , and they got 5*s? How? Reception is helpful.

Paying extra for internet in a ***** hotel is such a dissatisfier. Just add it to the room price.
