Real-deal hand-pulled noodles in a cramped, no-frills canteen where looong (connoting longevity) skeins of elastic dough are made fresh to feed all comers until 2am weekdays, 5am weekends. Read more
I went with two other friends and we all had spectacular dishes. My favorite was the pulled flat noodles with duck (very generous portion ) in a subtle sauce. All at an incredibly low price for London.
Get the beef soup noodles , la mian, and you can add a lot of extra beef for one pound. Feel free to add salt, vinegar and spice to your taste. don't forget to drink the soup ! Slurping encouraged.
My favourite place for late night noodle cravings around Soho area. Quick, cheap , tasty and portions are massive. Stick to their extensive noodle menu : spicy sliced beef lamian is particularly good.
Authentic nice hand pulled noodle soups , as long as you don't mind abrupt service and crammed space. Open late on fri/sat night
get the spicy beef noodle soup with thick noodles pretty authentic and definitely satisfied my noodle craving . skip the dumplings though, absolutely disgusting and inedible
Their noodle soup is super tasty. Check my previous tip for it's name, order it, add sone chili , enjoy awesomeness for £6~something.
Sweet and Sour veg with noodle . VERY fast in the evening time. Prepare to eat and leave soon after finishing your meal. Great experience.
Authentic beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles , just satisfies that craving you might sometimes get
I recommend everyone to ignore the ready made food and go for the soup noodles with handmade la mian, preferably with beef brisket
very authentic chinese noodles at a very cheap price- dont be put off by its slightly dodgy outlook
try their hand pulled noodle , everything else is only so so. The hand pulled beef noodle soup is delicious .
Order what's fresh. Beef brisket pulled noodles is £6.50 well spent (you can ask the chef to pull you thicker noodles if you like).
Definitely get the Stewed Beef La Mein and watch them make your noodles from scratch. Sit on the stools by the entrance.
Sour Spicy Sliced Beef La Mian is delicious, highly recommend it. Look for the side table if you prefer to eat without facing a hungry stranger...
Beef offal noodles . Never disappoint me. Must have in London
Stewed Beef La-Mien (item 1) for £6 is phenomenal. hand tossed fresh noodles , tender beef , and tasty broth. ignore the take-away counter and dingy settings to go for authentically good chinese noodle
I had the fried sliced beef noodles (G15) and it was totally incredible. Noodles were springy, and beef melted in your mouth.
Beef noodle soup with hand-pulled noodles ! I didn't try the skewers but they also looked good...
Trust me, go for the strewed beef noodle bowl!
The la mian is fresh make and good. The size is big. The soup is normal, maybe the beef one is better
Ok-ish hand pulled la mian. It has got nothing on the Greenwich Market la mian store.
Eric is absolutely right. Ignore the take-away, it's the same stuff you get everywhere else and just as bad. Pay a bit extra and go for Item 1, Beef Noodle Soup . Best noodles I've had in London and th
Forget the gloop in the window and pick the excellent regional noodle menu .
The stewed beef noodle soup is delicious. They give you huge portions .
Great beef noodle soup . Terrific dumplings too.
The la mian! Duck one has bones!
Closed down for mice infestation ???? luckily I didn't have any problems with my weekly sweet & sour chicken and rice (which I'll miss)!
Stewed beef la mian or any of their hand pulled noodles really!
Good prices, but the Dan Dan Noodle is nothing like the original one - broth is bland apart from MSG, which they applied liberally. Drank litres of water after that
Really tiny shop near Leicester square station. Food is not bad.
They also do non-soup only sauce la mian
Really bad experience. We took the spring rolls , the steamed dumplings and the beef ramen soup . We ended up leaving the rolls and dumplings alone because of the awful taste and the soup was mediocre
It's fine for a quick cheap bite. The soup is a bit salty. The stewed beef noodle soup is good. Probably opt for a fried noodle dish!
I think it closed down now (August 2014)
I recommend you the Slice Beef Noodles soup .
Yeah it may be a small and bad decorated place, but noodle and chicken is FANTASTIC
Good food. Seems to be cash only .
Great authentic chinese food . I would recommend the wan ton lan-mian!
Super busy. Waited a long time outside. Good food, but difficult to order and tight quarters.
Best noodles in London.
Too small inside, but the portions are huge!!! Aloe juice is a must.
Beef noodle is the bomb. ...
Cheap , and it tastes so. With added salt.
Ignore the sketchy outside, and ask for the La-Mien.
authentic Chinese street food !
Beef , Ramen soup
amazing noodle soups !
The ramen soup is good, although the kitchen is a bit dirty
Great noodles !
It’s tiny and often a queue but worth the wait. The spicy beef soup noodles are fantastic. - Drew Graham
Hot and sour and the desserts! - Hel Ga
History has been made here!! You must visit Piccadily Circus. Lovely weather, very social spot with nice selection of Cafés - Ahmed Abdullah
Very nice fountain and gardens. The place is the heart of London. Extremely crowded during weekend nights! People from all over the world meet there! :-) - Andrea Lazzarini
My favorite area, beautiful location. Close to Leicester square, and several great food stops. - Chelsea Bradley
