The food is delicious. The ordering process is crazy. Hard to eat a variety of ???? if you're by yourself without them going cold. Seating is a challenge when it's busy
You can't go wrong with anything here. My usual are the cabeza , buche, adobada , and azeteca tacos .
the food here is just amazing! some of the best mexican food i've ever had. not just the adobaba, either. don't be afraid to work your way across the menu, you'll be rewarded with unexpected treasures
parking can be tough so just park at the station a little down the street... way easier and less stressful that way
It can get pretty hectic here, so it's best to come with multiple people to wait in different lines . Favorite tacos : adobada and lengua . Sopes are good too.
Tacos are really delish but it is the most inefficient system I have ever seen... for those who come for the first time: get into the line of which ever sort of taco you want most.
Adobada and asada tacos are awesome, the only problem is the lanes you need to do to ask for your tacos , even in Mexico we have waiter on the taco places !
The al pastor is amazing. This is the Mexican food I miss in SF...
Get Adobada ! I tried chorizo but Adobada is significantly better and it's not overloaded with avocado . Be sure to ask for hot sauce when you check out and add it to your tacos !!
The meat was awesome! Real Busy, but if you are in San Diego make the trip at try it once! Read more
Separate lines for each taco . Asada is great. Adobada (spicy pork ) bit over cooked. Next time, get 3 Asada. No line on Tuesday at 10:30am
So good that I had to wait 45 min in line at 9:45pm on a Wednesday!! I always get the lengua , adobada , and cabeza .. Yum!
Amazing food. Ok for groups. Get here before 12pm to beat the lunch rush.
The adobada pork is delish! If you aren't a pork fan, then the adobada beef is the way to go.
Authentic tacos but with a long wait if you come at the rush hour. Get the tacos de lengua (tounge).
Corn tortillas handmade right before your eyes... is beauty you'll never forget.
Amazing tacos Al pastor . Just don't come thinking you're going to eat right away. Lines are always long and move slowly.
Great tacos , especially the al pastor . Quesadillas leave something to be desired, cheese is only half melted and are super messy.
Didn't disappoint! The asada has a smokey BBQ flavor...a nice twist on your basic street taco . Guacamole was a nice touch ;)
The absolute best tacos . Ate 13 tacos my first time here because I didn't know when I'd be back
Bomb tacos at this joint. Not to thrilled about having to go in different lines for different meat, but the taste makes up for it.
Anything on their menu is great. Highly recommend their lengua and barbacoa tacos .
Great tacos . You should eat here, but be aware that everything about this place is a cluster. You've been warned.
Adobada tacos with everything. Also try an adobada quesadilla with flour tortilla with everything!!!!
Tacos adobada/al pastor is the best! Cabeza is also good if you like soft meat.
Best tacos ever but be prepared for a long wait , standing room only and a possible walk because of minimal parking .
Bring an appetite, and maybe your passport. Carne Asasa might be the best taco I've ever had
Tacos are solid, but be adventurous and check out the mulas and quesadillas too!
Adobada tacos were amazing. That sauce. Three was enough for me.
Tripas tacos love this place I noticed the food in USA side isn't as good as the tacos across the border but it will have to do
Tacos are awesome. The whole line situation is a bit bizarre and leads to confusing delays but stick with it.
I love the Tacos ! don't need to cross the border any more Just to get tacos..
Instead of *tacos* de Adobada , try *tostada * de Adobada . It's more meat and less greasy. Thank me later.
Adobada is a must. Beef head is surprisingly tender and delicious!
Best tacos in the world. The Adobada tacos are to die for.
This is the place you go to when you can't go to Tj for the real thing. Expensive and cold meat with fake guacamole . You can tell ownership changed several times increasing profits while quality lol
The tacos are really good! Service is really bad, anyone can order anything on designated lines , employees don't care, prepare to wait up to 15 min on a bz day.
De Adobada is amazing!
I'm a fan of tacos and these are the best tacos I've ever had
Some of the best carne asada tacos I've ever had!
Food and service very nice
Make sure you try the lengua (beef tounge) and abodaba (spicy pork ) tacos with everything on it!
Tacos de adobada (pork ) are out of this world.
Sunday afternoon is super busy! Be prepared to wait in line for at least 45 min
Las salsas no pican pero están sabrosas. The hot sauce is not hot but very tasty indeed...
Bring 2 people so you don't have to wait in the other line for different tacos .
Best traditional Mexican tacos outside Mexico ... no place like it anywhere else in the US!!!!
I tried one of every taco and the adobada tacos were defiiiinitely the best!!
Try the Adobada Tacos - (via @Foodspotting)
Vegetarians can get the quesadilla loaded with guacamole , cilantro and salsa !
