Great cafe away from the tourist zone. All dishes good esp po boy , fried chicken , gumbo . Staff v friendly too. Quite cheap too. Locals also go- a good sign!

Rory Parness

My son asked if it was a family style restaurant . I said, no it's buffet . He said, but they treat you like family! Great service and the bread pudding may be the most addictive thing I've ever eaten

Eater

This Seventh Ward restaurant was featured extensively in HBO’s “Treme ,” and it's perfect for a Creole or soul food lunch from the lunch buffet . Call for hours. [Eater 38 Member] Read more

Serious Eats

A Tremé classic, where the dark-roux gumbo is chock-full of crab and sausage and the craggy-crusted fried chicken is sold by the piece.

Brandi Bruce

Amazing brunch ! Soul food at its finest. No booze but bring your own. Buffet looks amazing, but I opted for eggs . No regrets either way. Best biscuits I’ve ever had

Doris Davis

All the food is great...the buffet has all the soul food you can want specially fried chicken , greens, Mac and cheese , gumbo , etc. all a great price.

Keysh

If you want a real NOLA experience....this place feels like home. Everything is great. Try the Trout with Mac n Cheese . Love the sassy waitresses .

John Hughes

The buffet was great! Some of the best food we have ever had. Little Dizzy's will be on our, "must visit list", every time we are in New Orleans!

Laura Abbott

Really good fried chicken ! Only open for lunch and very busy but worth the effort.

Marigny9

THE best fried chicken (get it a la cart) and gumbo in town . Get them to go and stroll over to Armstrong Park for a picnic .

Cecile and David

Everything was amazing and very affordable . Good homestyle food. Get the gumbo !

Dontré Conerly

The food overshadows mediocre wait service & way-too-informal staff who, loudly , regard each other with profanity. Head str8 for the seafood omelettes , gumbo , and killer fried chicken .

Dave Kornreich

Chicken that’s crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Try the delicious bread pudding !

Jonathan Williams

1st meal of the trip….”Fire”!!Catfish Po’boy. Soft Shell Crab , Greens and Mac n cheese . Getting our Big back eating on ????

Wendy

Nice spot but the po boys are not good... wish I had gotten that fried chicken !

Gena Dixon

A little dive restaurant ... but good food. The bread pudding is a must.

Sarah Duplessis

By far the BEST bread pudding I've ever had!

Small place, overly packed, which means GOOD DOWN HOME COOKING!

Tania

Supporting a @ROCNola High Road partner :) If you're in #NewOrleans, you must eat here!

Ryan Roussel

The best fried chicken and bread pudding

Rebecca

Great seafood gumbo and sweet potatoes/yams to knock your socks off!

Elvyra Milliken

French toast . Awesome!

Pratheeksha KS

Very old school

Kimberly Lawrence

Shrimp Grillade and Cheese Grits

Robert Moore

Overrated! Service was unacceptably slow and the bread on my po' boy was stale. The bread pudding was awesome, but not enough to salvage the experience. You can do better for Cajun in NOLA.

Rhonda Lee Davis

The bread pudding is insane!!

Ian

Great place to get breakfast before you head over to Jazz Fest

Victor Tran

All the chicken and fish I can eat!

Scott Agster

Get the French toast and grits .

Danny

morgan klaus

Service isn't the greatest (actually very poor) but the food is worth it!

Halil Kaşkavalcı

Where do I begin? Came here for Saturday brunch buffet . This is what they call a buffet . And they charge you $16 for this crap. It gave us stomach ache afterwards.

Robert Hartmann

Shitty tourist trap—don't waste your time for typical New Orleans terrible service.

daqla

$9でエビ 、ソーセージ 、たっぷりのGumbo! 有名人も行くみたいっす、ちょっとしょっぱい、、海鲜浓汤饭
