Very very delicious...tastes fresh...i cannot say if its best in venice since I'm only a tourist and tried only 3 places...but it is totally good and a must try...try the dark chocolate and strawberry

I loved the mango gelato . The raspberry sorbet was delicious as well but a little tarte . Definetley recommend trying it out!

Marvellous, expensive . In the very centre, next to Piazza San Marco. Strongly recommend a portion in a cone (salty one) with dark chocolate(as brownie ), vanilla (creme brûlée like) and mango !!

Good gelato but quite expensive , $5.50 for 3 scoops and cream. I enjoyed the strawberry a lot, and the chcolate hazelnut . The pistachio was quite subtle.

It's a franchise, sometimes when ur lucky and the temperature is right, then you get a great gelato (gelato freezing point), or u get a cone with melting liquids....

It may be a chain but it's still authentic . Remember kids if the gelato is piled high above the rim and looks fluffy and cloud like it is not real. Real gelato is dense.

Milk flavour and the Egg Vanilla flavour if you're a dairy fan! The shop itself is vividly decorated and very inviting. There are no proper seats, however.

I've ate gelato lots of times and lots of places but never eat like this. Other Venchi stores not like this one too. Highly recommended!

Another ice-cream and sweets chain, but still good quality. Being too close to San Marco square, they tend to sell you bigger portions then you've asked for, you've been warned.

Outstanding ice cream , arguably the best in Venice. But have you tried their handmade tagliatelle for lunch ?

Great chocolates and really good gelato . Lemon not as good as Grom, but the hazelnut equally excellent.

Get all the gelato ! Or at least ask to try them. Even the simple flavors taste great.

Delicioso el helado de pistache . Aunque es una franquicia los helados son mil veces mejores que los de las tiendas cerca de la plaza de San Marcos y a un precio más razonable!
