Very good, still run by Japanese people (4 ice cubes in my drink) rather than Singaporean in nana's green tea who gave me a glass of ice cubes with green tea instead.
Order yuzu milk icecream ! Love it.

Expected Uji-Matcha Milk Ice Blended to be milkier and/or slightly creamier than Uji-Matcha Ice Blended but it wasn't all that milky/creamy. Perhaps the hot matcha drinks or floats will fare better.
The actual Kurogoma Roll Cake is totally different from the displayed plastic model as if from a different store altogether. Cream to cake ratio was also misrepresented. Tasted mediocre too.
Store closes at 11pm and the outdoor sitting area will be cleared at that time
A bit expensive ($5 for soft serve ?!) but at least it's good.

Staff totally lack customer service ! Rude inconsiderate and irresponsible staff !
The staff is super rude, watch for the fat lady! Drink is not that great. Will not be back for so so beverage and super bad service.
