If you love Black truffles get the Har gao and 1/2 crispy chicken is a must. the wagyu beef puff and aubergine was pretty good. Skip the double cooked iberico pork clay pot . Super salty!
Every dish on the menu is a delicacy there. However, the names of the dishes are understated. Theres a hidden jade mahjong table in the back room. The environment overall is very Gatsby glam!

Cool art deco style interior, creative recipes and great presentation. A bit pricey , but I recommend it.
Food ok, but very pricey . Chicken noodle was good, but dishes like Dan Dan Xiao long bao were not nice. Service is fine, decor & setting is similar style to Mott 32. Fine if someone else is paying.
This place gets busy in the evening. Make sure to book in advance. Black Truffle har gau(with shrimp ) is delish ????
Good Chinese cuisine in a nice ambience, don’t expect a traditional setting. The crispy aubergines were good, perhaps too many pieces for one dish. The noodles and rices dishes are good and filling.
The most amazing dim sum , unlike any you'll find elsewhere. Check out the crispy wagyu beef puffs .
Fanch dimsum place in pacific place - reasonably priced too. Cannot miss the deep fried eggplants !
Dim sum a bit costly at $48-80.Roast chicken w/truffle is quite delicious,stir-fried string bean is good but small portion, beef w/ rice noodle is average, fried bean curd sheet with cheese is tasty.
I have been here a few times and always enjoyed the twist on dim sum flavours
The dim sum , wagyu puff and fried aubergine is good.
Very nice twist of dim sum . Rather expensive but quality and taste are quite good. Light is a bit too dim; somehow a bit dark.
Crispy pork knuckles and dandan XLB are must orders!
The crispy roast chicken with truffles is excellent!
Rude door staff with the exception of the nice tall Western hostess . Nice decor and food is good but they consistently missed items from our order (2 separate times already.)
Innovative dim sum but long waiting . not enough servers, hold up lots of vacant tables. A library should without varieties, disappointing. Table is small for big plates . Pricey for this service.
All dim sum but reserve in advance
Good spot for a quick lunch
Atmosphere and food
Dim sum with a twist!
A berinjela crocante e o Dim Sum de carne Wagyu são irrepreensíveis!
Simply one of the gold standards for hotels in the heart of Hong Kong. It's pricey but worth every penny! ???????????? - Benjamin ????
