Lets talk about this place. I have peculiar taste buds and I thought this ramen was gonna be nasty, I was wrong. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was to die for. A lil spicy but I shall return again.
This grandfather Ramen spot remains the king of tonkotsu ramen in Atlanta and the light-as-a-cloud homemade gyoza are a dumpling-lovers dream. [Eater 38 Member]
The Spicy Tonkotsu tastes like a Kimchi Ramen . The broth is light with added spices. I'd pay for the extra pork , because mine didn't come with much. Tastes good, but I prefer a richer dark broth.
All the yakitori is good and worth the wait. Chicken meatball and chicken skin are the two standouts for me
Now, open Saturday lunch 11:30~15:00. Tantan noodle soup is very good. It is little spicy , but tasty.
