Usually get the Sashimi Tempura lunch special . Great salmon sushi and try the No Name sushi . It's a great mix of crab and fish . Plus the owners are great people.

Sashimi is amazing and high quality. My usual order is salmon , mackerel , yellow tail . Chefs take great care, portions are large but never stringy or bad quality (like can happen at some places).

Amazing sushi . Cowboy hat in the picture, No Name Sushi , Spicy Albacore and possibly the best Unagi I've ever tasted anywhere in the world so far. And super friendly staff . Sit at the bar and enjoy!

Cuts melt in your mouth, service is quick and genuinely friendly . Become a regular, and they'll offer off-menu items. Pat roll and Morgan-Frank roll are just two examples. Their chefs are the best!

Sushi lunch is great, but the place is suitable for dinner , too. I prefer to sit at the sushi bar for the best service, plus the chefs will occasionally pass complementary Cowboy or Cowgirl hats . Yum!

Amazing sashimi . Salmon at Minato is in a league of it's own. Very generous portions compared to other locations. Excellent value.

Best way to describe it: chaos. People running like headless chickens , half of the tables empty, people lined up waiting, only take outs being served, two waitresses having their dinner . Psychedelic

The best rolls are not on the menu . Ask about the Ming and Rice Paper rolls ! (There's more than one if each). If you don't hear what you want, ask.

Never had a bad meal there....Favorite's include Cowboy Hat , Super Crunch, and Scallop any way Kevin and Ming prepare it....

Best sushi ever! The Super Crunch is one of the best things on the menu. I have never heard of anyone not loving it. Other favorites include The Cowboy Hat , No Name Sushi , and the Spicy Albacore .

The super crunch is excellent. My other favorites are the last roll and supper supper roll. This is my favorite sushi restaurant . I've been a for over 16 years.

Bento box is disappointing. It doesn't have any sushi and it comes with fried chicken strips with BBQ sauce . There should be a description on the menu.

Got the katsu don and oyako don to go. Chicken was dry and tasteless pork was also bland and small portion relative to the amount of rice . Also price was 20% more expensive than advertised. Avoid.

Go to Minato's and order the spicy albacore nigiri - it's not on the normal sushi menu. Your choice on whether you want roe or not!

The caterpillar roll and the super crunch roll are delicious.

Super Crunch roll was amazing!

The place smells funny and feels unkempt. Hard to give opinion on sushi when it is covered in sauce, barely able to taste fish . Not sure I'd want to in this case. Won't be back.

The Hamachi is incredible.
