Beautiful restaurant and bar . The food is reasonably priced and gorgeous. I love the science themed drinks. The cola bottles or the dry ice tea were delicious.

I DJ here often. Modern, clean and fashionable venue. Good nice polite crowd here (no annoying loud people) staff are awesome and so friendly . Drinks are impressive and reasonably priced. 5/5

If you're at The Alchemist you need to work your way through the cocktail menu ! Recommended.. Dry Iced Tea , White Cosmo , Caramelised Rum Punch , Pornstar Martini , Rosebud... and the rest!

We ordered the fish and chips-great homemade sauce , salmon and cucumber salad-the large portion is not enough to be a main so I added lamb meatballs with pitta bread-just enough to make me full :)

Special effects drinks are cool to watch, but the bartenders are extremely skilled whatever they’re making!

Great cocktails with a twist, dry ice , frozen flowers, smoky ones & colour changing ones. Loads of people watching opportunities, sit outside if you can. Friendly doormen .

The bartender had to ask another bartender how to make a dry gin martini which is always a bad sign. Came w zest instead of requested olives . And they let too much ice melt in it. *sigh* Manchester!
