Despite other comments the staff is helpful and friendly and remember my name when I come in.

Just watch out for trash day but the coffee is great. If you’re getting coffee in the morning ask for Bush. She’s amazing.

Pro Tip: Exit Starbucks, turn right, head west down Reade st. to Hugh Jackman's Laughing Man Coffee & Tea ! Head up the stairs for much better coffee and the same WiFi !

Was there yesterday around 7:00pm was extremely dirty and at 7:30pm the staff told us that they closed in 10min! Who closes at 7:40pm! What a disgrace for Starbucks!

Service at this location became terrible since all the nice and happy employees was changed.

Three staff , zero customers before me...after spending a few minutes chatting one guy finally poured my BREWED coffee into a cup (wrong coffee ) then proceeded to give me a cup filled with grind. Gross
