Good gift shop , excellent performances , amazing acoustics , ambient atmosphere, and an ornate hall perfect for any performance no matter the occasion. What's not to love?
Very beautiful location, the ushers at Carnegie hall are amongst the rudest people that I have dealt with in such a classy establishment . C.H. needs to invest in better ushers, DAMN THE RED COATS.

The best hall!!! If you ever get a chance to be backstage or onstage, you know you have graced the same walkways as legends. Oh and the redcoats are ever so rude for such a classy establishment ...
If you get a box seat, try to get seat #1, 2, or 3. You can still hear well and see well enough in the second row, but you might have a wall in seats 7 or 8 in a box

Beautiful space and best acoustics in the city for a large hall.
New Classical Music concerts usually happen in Zankel Hall, Carnegie Hall’s newest venue opened in 2003. With its 599 seats and its wood panelling Zankel is a first class hall.
My nose was bleeding from the balcony height, but the lush acoustics calmed my spirits.
Great place for classical music...trivial but true
Beautiful, beautiful venue. However, the seats in the balcony offer less legroom than the cabin of a power wheels car. Mentally prepare yourself if you're over 5'4.
The greatest Hall in the greatest city . Nowhere else compares.
Balcony chairs are to airplane economy seats what economy seats are to first class seats.
Heaven for classical music lovers
