Been to/coordinated a few events here in the conference center. Staff is helpful, space is great, but there are always multiple events happening which can be confusing.
The new renovations have really made this place a beautiful place to stay, From the friendly staff to the delicious food in the Skylight Bistro and Wine Bar to the beautiful Courtyard !
Beautiful hotel ! We are in the new Veterans Tower in a suite and its lovely. The staff are very friendly , helpful and polite. And there's a Starbucks right across the street on the corner!!

Renovations are nice. Great new huge lobby bar but seriously understaffed based on the crowd. One bar tender? Come on !

The outside of the building is hideous and it's a maze to find your room, but the inside is quite nice. wifi stinks tho
