This is a great location to stay at the double tree and just walk the skyway over especially in rainy or cold weather!
A nice convention center . Did Chicago Exxxotica here last weekend. Starbucks open all weekend in the lobby and lots of restaurants close by. Parking was $13.00 daily which was a bit steep.

Use the parking garage across River Rd. There's a walkway you can take to get to the convention center that avoids traffic and nasty weather.
Attended a convention here. Location was convenient, close to several hotels , and the starbucks was a lifesaver!

Parking is $15 for most events . Pay stalls are on the second level of the parking garage .
The location had a lot of space, but really no where to sit or go in between sessions. No real work stations, a lot of people sitting on the floor!
Beautiful convention center ! I was here for a dog show...very nice!
If you are going to a convention here always book your hotel room way ahead of time they book up fast.

Pretty nice convention hall. Cops directing aren't helpful or useful. Pretty rude, in fact. Parking is a nightmare but it shouldn't be.
