I don't wanna say "everything is good", bit that's the feeling I have after trying 7 itens of their menu. The chef is so inventive and the dishes so well prepared... Must go!

Sherry Li

One of the best restaurants in Seattle. The short rib steak is a must have. The kimchi is made in house and very good. The tapioca dessert is awesome too!

Ms Helene

Skip broccoli salad $14, salmon $29 & octopus $19 but get the spicy rice cakes $14, jerk carrots $14 and smoked tofu $14

Brandon M.

the happy hour deals (local brews for $3) are awesome. come for an early dinner sans reservation and snag a spot on the patio !

Lee Hoffman

Incredible meal. The BEST beets I’ve ever had. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The spicy rice cakes incredible. Yummm.

Brunch was delicious!! Everything we tried was very good. Would recommend the Waffle for sure!

Marvin

Had a Revel breakfast on a Sunday for brunch . The bacon was delicious and sweet. Great piece of meat to savour. For a breakfast though, $19 is on the pricier end for what you get.

Wambui G

Great atmosphere clean and bright , small tables but adequate. Great food esp brunch . Perfect potion sizes. Scan the web site first as their buffet is themed and changes from month to month.

Drew Milam

Must orders: spicy chorizo rice cakes and the grilled octopus ! Pair with a steak and small plate of your choice. Great flavors and perfect portions for sharing.

Sandeep Paruchuri

My favorite place to eat in Seattle. Go early, go late, or have a reservation - it's worth it and the word's getting out

The Fremont Joule is a celebration of the Korean steakhouse . The eight ounce short rib steak , kalbi-style served with grilled kimchi sounds particularly tantalizing. [Eater 38 Member]

Connie Lu

First-come-first-serve seating at the bar if you don't have a reservation . Everything is wonderful, but my favorite is the Mackerel and Smoked Tofu salad - tons of dynamic flavor!

tim

octopus , short ribs , escarole , whatever. Anything these chefs put on a plate is delicious. Joule IS our go-to place for out of town guests and it's a hit every time.

Eric Nelson

Brunch changes monthly and is one of the best in the city . Dinner is based on steak , but don't miss the spicy rice cakes or the crispy eggplant

Maekaila Montero

A fantastic meal overall, but the standouts were the spicy cake with chorizo , duck pastrami fried, and the joule box dessert is a must!

Angela W.

Stars of the show here are definitely the spicy rice cakes with chorizo as well as the kalbi-marinated short rib steak with grilled kimchi !

stew tong

I think their spicy rice cakes with chorizo and seaweed risotto are 2 of the best dishes I've had in Seattle. Those are great examples of fusion done right.

Craig Olson

Very good savory food. Ambience and staff is top-notch. Buffet has a lot of variety with good ingredients. Entrees are also very good, but slightly heavier.

Carissa

Short rib steak and the miso cod were excellent. Flavors of all the dishes are excellent. Portions are on the smaller side.

Robert

Smoked tofu (pictured) and octopus with pork belly are amazing. Didn't have anything that wasn't good.

Elizabeth Agnew

Love this place! The beef tartare and rice cake dish were our table’s favorites, both so perfectly delicious.

Lauren Cunningham

Try something from every course. The flavors of the dishes are so unique and scrumptious. Beef tartare was to die for.

Ham M

Had the smoked tofu , spicy rice cakes , short rib steak , and octopus . All were pretty good! Two thumbs up!

Mary S

Delicious brunch and buffet with sides. Try the pancake . So yummy!

8PM Reservation

The flavors combinations in their dishes are outstanding. A Seattle restaurant must try.

Felicity Mould

Weird but wonderful food. Don’t go expecting to feel satiated by Korean flavours it’s totally fusion but absolutely gorgeous!

Hailey Nguyen

All the recommended dishes are good, in particular the short ribs and the mackerel . Lovely spot for dinner dates!

Rohan Malpani

They have really good rice cakes . Worth a try. They are a little spicy ;)

Angela Wen

Incredible meal. Best dish was the rice cakes ! Great cocktails too. Be prepared to wait.

Holly Bullock

The rice cakes and the cold noodles are amazing! Cocktails and beer selection are also great.

Kerry Gip

Like I'm super cheap with my food, but this place had such an amazing flavor palate, it blew me and my cheap taste buds away

Nick Sherrill

One of the most original and tasty brunches in Seattle. Highly recommend for people tired of the same-old.

Sam Davis

Incredible service. The bartender let us sample a couple of the wines and topped our glasses off as we were wrapping up.

Eugene Kim

Smoked tofu and short rib steak ("galbi ") are awesome. Great cocktails too!

Agatha Yu

Fish is great here. Try their joule box dessert too!

Daniel Mejia

The short rib steak and the burger were both great

Karen Serquinia

Want a little heat? Try the spicy rice cake with chorizo - super tasty East meets West!

Lillian Young

A very neat eatery in Fremont. Make sure to check out their brunch with themed buffet .

Haley B

Wagyu , rice cakes , broccoli & salmon are all excellent. Skip the tofu & cauliflower .

Katy Ionis

Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Cusp25

Potato hash with chili remoulade and smoked mackerel salad

Kyle Bunch

The Wagyu Bavette and Cold-Smoked Escolar were out of this world, crazy good.

Jordyn

Food here is unbelievably good! I dream of the rice cakes - delicious.

tim

All of it is amazing. Just pick anything, seriously. Great staff and service too.

Maher Beg

The brunch menu is spectacular! Try the chicken and waffles !

Ashley Rose

Small plates of Korean steakhouse inspired dishes. Cocktails are odd, no beer on draft . Cramped seating at the bar for dining.

Stephanie Harth

Get the beef tartare , sesame noodles and the steak with pine nuts ????

Neena Kamath

Make sure to get the rice cakes !

Jan Grodecki

Been here for the second time and everything was amazing. Very nice bartender .

Loren McDonald

Awesome food. Went with several of the small plates ... broccoli , octopus , mushrooms , etc
