You can avoid room service 'charges' by ordering from Socci in person to-go. As others have shared service there is wonderful and enthusiastic. Food is really great!

Socci is excellent for an in-house restaurant . Modern, high class food that is well worth the premium price. Be sure to get the bruschetta and/or chips and onion dip as appetizer(s).

Beautiful place, the best customer service. Paulette, in the Socci was great and everyone at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. Even the security staff were extremely friendly and smiling.

Beds so comfortable , I overslept my friend’s wedding! But really, great decor, great rooms, and awesome staff ! And the shuttles are super convenient.

We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant and bar was accommodating. The only issue we has was with the valet parking . Valet's were always MIA.

Room 301 has super easy, almost secret access to the gorgeous terrace area . Great to get some fresh air or sunshine!????

Front desk staff is amazing and very eager to help. Rooms are generous and have wonderful views . I love the euro decor.

Love the lobby (especially music ) and room was comfortable and quiet . Renaissance has won me over at their properties consistently.

If u have gold or platinum status free Internet & parking . Or stay @ Attached residence Inn . Rooms r comparable, and cheaper plus breakfast & Internet is free.

All the servers at Socci are SO nice! And they take extra good care of their regular customers. Have the salmon , and ask Tami which salad to have under it.

Be aware, our room was across from the maid closet, every morning starting around 7AM it was very noisy (door continuously opening/slamming closed as well as loud talking)..makes sleeping in difficult

Not a bad hotel . Had a discount because there was a work event there. Don't know if I would pay full price for a room. Bed was comfy . Brunch wasn't the greatest. Awkward pickup area for taxis .

Wouldn't it be great if the garage exit pass actually worked? I've been here 27 hrs and have had to go to the desk three times because my key wouldn't open the garage door. Cmon, take care of details.
