Amazing drinks, awesome three-piece Jazz band every night and food is served past midnight!
It may look empty upstairs , but don't be fooled. The downstairs bar is reminiscent of a 1920s speakeasy in Paris and is popping off.
Make a reservation ! The food was pretty good and the jazz vibes are fun. It's possible to get a table in a corner and half your group may not see any jazz . Bar service upstairs is very slow when busy.
The Tenderloin is having a classy moment, with the opening of this supper club. The stylish new spot offers a hip upstairs dining and drinking room, and a rarefied jazz club down below. Read more
There are bites of food (deviled eggs , smoked rainbow trout mousse ) starting at $2 and select beer , wine , a Wet Aviation Martini , and a Wet High West Manhattan for $8 each. Read more
Drinks are great. Live music on Tuesdays and it's amazing! Great downstairs bar and lounge to watch the music . Tries the oysters which were great. Can't wait to go back and try everything else.
HH: Daily 5:30-7:30pm; Sit upstairs to get $8 gin martinis , Manhattans, and select wines by the glass, as well as $2 oysters , $3 smoked trout and caviar toast , $3 popcorn , and $4 house-cut fries .
What a place! Nice decorated basement with top shows of great jazz performers ...our experience I have to say, superb. Friendly staff , not many food options.
Great ambiance and interior design , expensive and not too interesting bar menu and food options though. Portions are tiny.
The food is good, the music is great but is always crowded so you need to make a reservation weeks in advance. It's not a place for large groups as they don't have enough space nor big tables.
Decent food, great atmosphere, good service . An enjoyable night, although be seriously careful when arriving and leaving this place. The area is very rough.
The Chef . She's got a creative menu, and the late night jazz is always a wonderful surprise. Expect nothing. Be wowed.
Reliably good singers & musicians .
Make a reservation for downstairs and listen to live jazz .
Skip upstairs and head straight down. Let those awesome drinks and music hit you hard. Jazz revival right here!
Superb intimate venue . A wonderful spot for an evening of cocktails and live jazz .
The truffle mac and cheese is perfectly balanced, brussel sprout salad is also not to be missed.
Great music , drinks, even more memorable service. Very good experience.
As close to the West Village as you one can get in SF
Great cocktail menu , live music at a great price.
Great food, warm service and awesome jazz
A really cool place for happy hour and jazz music !
Nice vibe, good service , very expensive drinks. I feel like drink quality was significantly better upstairs compared to downstairs.
Intimate setting for great jazz music
Music , cocktails , and food are great!
Cocktails are fun!
Great jazz gets the whole audience going
Great food and better music
Took us forever to get seated with a reservation .
The music , duh!!!
Happy hour 5:30-7:30
Avoid table 87 if you want to see the stage.
Extremely rude, overpriced with shady crowd
I haven't been here, but a lot of friends have, so it's probably cool!
The Bad Plus was fantastic. Super cool venue, clean, not a bad seat in the house. - Audra Smith
Always has good music, always great cocktails and always decent star - Autumn Khattar
Ethiopian espresso Martini is very good and so is the veggie sampler. Not to forget the live Jazz music. - Kanjani Dholakia
Outstanding 20's atmosfere And cocktails... But for a full prohibitiobism experience.. Ask for the Library! - Alessio Sanzogni
Biscuits for brunch are huge! Delicious gravy because of all the pork. - Rory Scott
Upper balcony seating is great for us tall guys. The seats are staggered nicely. Wicked is great so far! - Rylan Leese
