Service is excellent! There are two wifi servers to choose from - one better than the other depending on where you are in the hotel . Friedas is the best food!!

Take the R1 bus ($1) which is out and to the right of the resort . Go up to the Isla Mujeres dock and take the big YELLOW boat over to the island ($17 per person roundtrip) enjoy authentic Mexican food

My first time here, the service is amazing! Our room is spotless when they clean it and they leave a cute little towel animal(: wifi EVERYWHERE! The food is awesome, I love the swim up bar as well !!!!

Outstanding in Service, Vibe, Food & Entertainment. All-Inclusive ! I really enjoyed the vibe of this Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun. The hotel looks beautiful and has an amazing vibe.

Make sure and get up early to get chairs at the pool. Try all the restaurants -the food is AMAZING! The staff here is Wonderful and place is clean !

At the poolbar , make sure you get Angel, and Luis, take care of them and they will take care of you, best drinks of any bartenders onsite. Enjoy a jolly rancher, Bob Marley, and Miami vices!

Daniel Trejo and the bar , restaurant & pool staff were truly amazing !!! .. CLEANLINESS: NOT !!! They seemed short staffed for all the necessary details to cover. The food was all around was tasty !

The atmosphere and hotel design was better as the Cancun Palace , but the staff is sincerely the most amazing group of workers. They made our stay over look the "loud " Hard Rock atmosphere.

Get there early if you want to eat at the hibachi grille . Otherwise, it will probably be an hour to one and a half hour wait. The food is great here. The menu is better than when it was a Miyako.

There are weddings and parties on the 3rd floor terrace most weekend evenings that go on until 12AM. As also the doors to the rooms slam shut. Just bring some ear plugs or comfortable headphones!

Vacationed here several times and can't wait to go back in May 2012! Great service, great people, gorgeous atmosphere! Highly recommend you try ALL of the restaurants within the resort !

Find EDGAR poolside or the Smashbar... You'll fall in love w him because he is adorable and top notch personality. We loved loved loved him!!!!!!

Family friendly medium sized hotel , with good music obviously, but also expect lots of kids and sometimes bad music .

Beautiful hotel . Unfortunately they were forcing us to buy their vacation club. That was annoying. Thank God we didn't do it.

Make plans to take a cab to beach palace if you are a NFL fan because this hotel does not have Sunday Ticket

Lots of activities but. .... groups are not managed well . Food is okay. Workers great but management NOT. Definitely better places in Cancun. And how can the hard rock nor have a night club ?
