Paradox Cafe

Food & service was great. Loved the vibe & the vegan selection was really good. Also friendly to carnivores. This is my 5th visit & I'll be back.

Our party tried the Reuben , the roasted veg ciabatta , the tamales and the biscuits and gravy . All were yummy and the service was good.

Gluten free burger buns for only 50 cents extra! Crazy awesome. Iced tea is bottomless, and there's free wifi too.

Delicious vegan poutine and whole grain waffle !

Good staff and great vegetarian options (as in I liked them, but I am an omnivore).

All the food I have had is great especially the French Toast and the benedict

Tofu scramble is amazing. Good vibe overall too.

Bring the kids even large families can afford to eat out here! Family of five breakfast was $19

The food is really good and all the staff there are awesome!

I enjoy the food, but be prepared to be completely ignored by wait staff while they do other things, like clean windows. Except the sandy haired guy. He's attentive and witty.

Big portions , and their hot sauce is pretty tasty.

It's best to call ahead, I've tried to come here during business hours dozens of times and 90% of the time they are closed "due to unusually slow business" or "leaky pipes", etc.

The Holy Frijoles (formerly known as the #4) is excellent and I always get at least 2 meals out of it!

The almond gravy is delicious.

Great meatless options

Portland has too many good vegan restaurants to waste time here. Service was horrible, waitress kept not bringing things we needed (silverware, sugar, water). The Hash was undercooked and gross.

Not very appealing place but food is good!

Used to love this place but it's been falling off lately. Last 3 meals have been mediocre. Not going back.
