Not bad. They've gotten better about asking you if you need help as long as you look like you know what you're doing.

I never have good service in the computer/TV section but everywhere else I'm always well taken care of.

Employees try to help & are fairly knowledgeable .

They're laying off employees. Hopefully they'll have great deals when they close this store!

Not shopping here again! They won't budge on their stupid 30 day return policy (I was unaware of)...even on something obviously unopened. A store credit would have sufficed now I'll shop elsewhere!

This is the worst best buy I've ever been to. They don't carry apple computers and their staff are lazy. I used to work at best buy and could completely manage this one better than it is.
