Food and drinks on the ground level, everything else on the lower level.
This is their new flagship store. It's very nice- not embarrassed to shop there like some other DRs. They have ready-to-eat sandwiches and salads , frozen food, eggs , milk .
Manhattans Corner Stores. Love Duane Reade.

Don't go here. Took forever to buy a drink. Only 1 cashier working. One customer with issues can hold up the whole line .
Nasty front store staff ... That's why, hands down, CVS is better!
