beautiful building and views . the customer service really isn't the best but I'd recommend. the rates aren't too bad either. I'd suggest trying the Swiss cheese burger during a stay.

Wonderful view , great hotel . Food at the restaurant is wonderful. However, breakfast service is terrible! Every single day was a struggle to be attended. And, in the last day, food never showed up.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and enjoyed my time. Unfortunately I left my phone charger plugged in at the bar bench , and by the time I came back it was gone.

Hotel is dated. Parking is redonk at $39/nite for valet-only. Internet isn't free. Keurig coffeemaker + across the st from Harrah 's are both nice.

Hotel staff is great. Very friendly and if it is your birthday they will upgrade your room.

Keep yourself beautiful during your vacation by trying out the facial enhancements at the spa such as glycolic treatment and radiance eye treatment.

Ask the concierge for dinner recommendations. He's got an amazing list. All first class !

Hotel tells me my RESERVATION for non-smoking room is merely a REQUEST even though I made my REQUEST for it six months ago.

Be aware that in Internet is slow- very slow. They need to look into other options because the speed does not meet my expectations. The fitness room is great though!!
