Based on all the recommendations I tried the Pork Betty ... if you go to this restaurant and don't try this, it will be considered a sin! So nice. If you are hesitant don't be! Awesome service too :)
The Pork Betty was the best pork belly I've ever had. The sushi in general was fantastic. Go here. Eat something. Be happy.
Get the Oyako roll. A cute play on the traditional Japanese dish , it's salmon and salmon eggs and was one of the more interesting kinds of nontraditional sushi I've had in a while.
Per popular suggestion, we requested the Pork Betty & sushi bombs . Though not exactly mind blowing, def delicious and the sushi rice may be the best I've ever tasted. Great quality and service!
Sushi Bombs : These adorable little guys are technically called “temari.” We’re partial to the Spicy Mc Bomb , with tuna , cucumber , spicy mayo and katafi. Read more
Party bomb , Pork Betty and fried chicken . All delicious. Great presentation and service. Oh and that cucumber soda is also low key bomb.
Can get expensive but all the sushi is great, the ramen is so-so and the sake selection is really good
This place is delicious. Get the whole live uni. It's like sea candy , and comes with a stylish spikey souvenir.
Great atmosphere, music , staff and food. Fried chicken is gorgeous looking, sushi is inventive and delicious. Nice twist on traditional sushi
The sushi "bombs ' are freakishly good versions of sashimi . The Spicy bomb with tuna , spicy mayor, and fried phyllo dough is required eating.
Absolutely amazing food, service, and atmosphere here! A small place you wouldnt think to stop, but completely worth it. Make sure to try their 'bombs': they're the bomb.
So camouflaged that it took me quite long to actually find it. Sushi was fresh, service was quick, beer was cold. An ideal lunch in Bushwick ...
Love their tasting menu (it starts at only $65) and you can order off the menu if you want something quicker / less expensive .
Want to cry from happiness. The owner, Phillip, was my server at my first bozu trip and I have spent two years trying to find the "new restaurant he was opening". Thank god. Go. Omikase. Seriously.
Yuzu sake ...so refreshing on a hot summer day. Rice croquettes . Spicy McBomb...Do it. Neighborhood gem , fun, lively , open kitchen atmosphere, friendly staff :)
Good place, if you get a table. It is super fast once you sit down, try the bun and the dessert . Skip the soup

Everything here is delicious, and you should definitely get some sushi . But the pork chop is the unsung hero of this menu.
The spicy tuna maki roll is aces, but for a real treat, go for the temaki hand roll . Same price, but way more fun to eat.
A new restaurant in Bogart St (Bushwick ) means that something cool is going on inside. The menu is between traditional japanese and creative stuff. $$
A really fun and inexpensive place to have dinner with friends. We’ve extolled the virtues of the sushi , but the Momo Salad shouldn’t be overlooked!
Fantastic food and great prices. Sushi was fresh and delicious but, above all else, get the Japanese fried chicken .
Hands down best Pork Belly I've had in the city (that's right, I said it). Also, get the Party Bomb , awesome selection of sushi 's
Friendly , knowledgeable staff . Pork belly is excellent, and so is their fried chicken . Veggie sushi is also great
The owner is super nice and helpful. Kitade and tsukemono are two things I would never think to order but were very good.
Pork Betty and the Party Bomb ! Pork was 'melt-in-your-mouth' awesome. An OMG moment.
This sushi is legit. Negiri King Salmon from Tsikiji market . You'll learn about how the Japanese really do sushi .

tuna tartare w/ quail egg gunkan, scallop handroll , chicken karaage , and scallop miso butter. ???????? skip the bombs, better things on the menu.
communal tables in a converted garage . feels like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles meets Okinawa which I enjoy. good fish , cool servers. $ only. it's expensive , but at least the plates are small.
One of the best sushi restos I've been do. Owner is a hella boss. Get Sake !! Get everything
Gyoza is delicious, & general presentation sharp- details attended to. Love the three soy & wasabi cups with tiny spoons. The long wooden tables are beautiful. Only the lighting is a bit abrasive.
Pork Belly , Black Cod , Gyoza , Sushi Sampler from Tsukiji Market Tokyo, especially the Aji Jack Mackarel.
The Spicy McBomb is amazing and so is the Momo salad . The atmosphere is definitely cool but the acoustics are God awful. Not a good place if you're looking for an intimate dinner .
Very good Sushi and reasonably priced. Try Spicy Tuna and Party Bomb . Saki too ;)
Sushi bombs and hot sake make for a delicious combo here. Feeling adventurous? Go for the fried chicken !!
The pork belly is AMAZING! Get it with the egg . You won't be disappointed.
The pork chop special is the best thing on the menu. Get the special sushi they fry in day of from Japan as an appetizer .
The Pork Belly appetizer melts in your mouth
The Party Bomb is great; the Pork Belly w/ egg is a must.
We got the sushi bombs , pork betty , salad , and squid ink risotto . The food is perfectly good here but I'm not sure what all the fuss is about.
split the bomb sampler with a friend, and don't miss the pork belly . add an egg !
Thanks to the charming blond lady on the L train for this tip. MoMo is the best sushi shack in NY
The tofu in their Tofu Salad has nearly a cream cheese texture to it. Probably the most interesting tofu I've had in New York.
If they have the côtes de crème with wild berries and hazelnut purée, you must get it for dessert .
Inventive and addictive sushi – try the Spicy McBomb , The Pork Betty and the Hotate Punch. Finally serving Beer and Sake too!
