Love this small studio for both barre and spin! Spin in pitch black room to remove the competition or comparison. Barre instructors are attentive and the class flies by! Allie G is great

My favorite spin studio! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and a killer workout to boot.
Definitely recommend Allison's class . Check your bike for stability before starting your ride. Some of the bikes are a bit wobbly.
