The Westin Crystal City Hotel

Just across the street from the metro stop. Refreshed hotel . As SPG platinum , I can safely say that the staff here is well above avg.

If you get room 1402, request a different one. It's directly underneath the fitness center . Unless the clomp-clomp of a treadmill runner lulls you to sleep. ????

Beds have outlets and USB ports , super convenient to DC, walk to Pentagon City mall , very clean and definitely updated

Typical Westin, but everything has that "new" smell. Staff are very friendly and of course the rooms are "heavenly". Bar menu is small but reasonable. Will definitely return.

Great location for visiting DC and area. Only a block from metro station , and walking distance to many restaurants

Staff very nice. $70/night on Priceline. Airport parking at Marriott next door is $7/day at easy airport parking (google it). DCA shuttle starts at 5am

Watch for the high parking costs.. And don't stay at 1404 (which is right below the gym ) if you want a good night's sleep..

Staff are top flight. Hotel is super clean . Very conveinent.

Some of the elevators can be slow to close and the close door button doesn't always work well . Slowly tap your floor button 3 times and the elevator door will close instantly.

Let's just say the walls are like paper and I can tell someone had a very good time visiting

Very close to the blue line Metro & a great staff . Perfect for a quick business trip.

For nearby conveniences, you can walk to the 24 hr CVS out the front doors and 2 blocks up to the left behind the 7-11.

The staff is awesome at this hotel . Have gone above and beyond with every request I had. Great place!

$279/night is kind of a joke. Tons of banging noise above room on 14th floor might be the Gym . Good staff & service

The TV doesn't work and the toilet runs. Engineering came up and fixed the TV but asked, "what toilet ?" Um, the one in the bathroom ?

Park on the street if possible. $22/night for parking is crazy!

Reservations were totally messed up. And in the middle of ruining my day, they signed me up for guest rewards. No, no don't help me, please sign me up for yet another email I don't need.

Not a bad place to crash at all. Hotel is clean , friendly staff and the beds are über comfortable

Not classy , decent but staff is very cold, rude and distant. The housekeeping staff and room service staff very nice. Front desk lady very rude. Parking attendant very rude and cold.

The showers are strange here. To get it working you need to pull down the faucet tip.

Exercise room is mediocre, nothing to clean up sweat. Yuck!!!
