I didn't know the standard table salsa could be so DAMN GOOD. Obsessed. The chips are top notch, guacamole is to die for. Margs are superb. Tacos are delicious. Great place. Going back ASAP.
You can't beat the $35 bottomless brunch here. You get to try all the items on the menu and all the brunch drinks . Don't fill up before trying the Chilaquiles , they're fantastic!
El Centro Happy Hour is 4-7. It serves margaritas , agua frescas , wine , and beer for just $5. They also have select bites to choose from all under $8. Read more
You must order the insane El Centro Dog which is a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with Mexican slaw , black bean purée, and habanero mustard .
From 3-7pm you can work towards downing as many $5 margaritas as possible. With freshly squeezed lime , you can order these frozen or on the rocks. Accompany your drinking with Guacamole and calamari .
Happy hour $4 margaritas were a pretty darn good deal . (Even better deal x2-3). Guacamole could have used some salt and cilantro , and the chips shoulda been warm, but overall would go again.
This location is in the old 3rd Edition spot. Their unlimited brunch “tour ” was definitely a lot of fun!
Happy Hour margaritas will make you indeed happy: $4 and enaught spirit to get, tipsy any lightweight. Make sure to get $10 guacamole and chips side to share with your friend.
Enchiladas ! Shrimp dishes are extra delicious :). Also come here for Saturday's for International nights to dance lots of salsa !! It is always fun.
AMAZING bottomless brunch . Great vibes, venue, food, and service. Drinks are amazing too!! Perfect place for a group brunch
What to do at El Centro: get the slider with guac and cheese . What not do to at el Centro: not get the sliders . Did the bottomless brunch without drinks for $25. Was great.
Happy Hour is the best. A real Mexican Hot Dog , great deals at the bar . A definite must!
The lunch combos give a nice sampling of everything El Centro offers and. I'm partial to the torta combo.
If you go for brunch you only have the option to do the all-you-can-eat option. Brunch includes margaritas but not the frozen variety and they will have very little alcohol in them.
Yes to the margaritas . Yes to happy hour . But most of all yes to the tacos . Watch out gets swamped for happy hour .
All the tacos are great.
I'm from Texas, and I can say without reservation that these are the best micheladas in DC.
Seriously amazing guacamole , chips and salsa . Had the Mahi street tacos . Amazing!
They have happy hour every day! $2 Taco Tuesdays and great margaritas
I always have the cheese enchiladas . They're delicious *.* The guacamole is also very good, as are the margaritas .
The rice ! usually and afterthought at most mex restaurants .. This rice could stand as a dish in itself
good mix of Latin and top 40 music , I've yet to try the food
Happy hour is the best way to go! Frozen Margaritas all the way.
Amazing. They keep bringing food and drinks. Please come here for brunch
Food and drinks are delicious!
Super friendly service . Very good food.
FYI, bouncers in the night will enforce a dress code. No sneakers !
This place does not skimp on its Restaurant Week menu OR portions. Like their picadillo empanada , I came out stuffed.
Great tequila selection , very knowledgeable staff .
$5 marg Wednesdays? Yes, please. GREAT service and awesome atmosphere.
The food was okay. There's a club on the second floor. People there get crazy after 12am... lol
Terrible service time and cold food. Mango margarita was delicious! The spicy guacamole was the only thing served at the proper temperature. Came in post-lunch; not sure why everything took so long
Serves up the best tequilas and awesome tacos
Good set up and bottomless brunch deal for $35, but service is so-so.
best club in dc !!!
Bottomless brunch on weekends
The duck mole enchiladas ????
Nice guacamole but fajitas a bit disappointing
Guacamole amd enchiladas
Brunch is good
Opening in Mid August. Stay tuned for details...
Spicy margarita !
Our bartender !!
Chunky guac !
The wait staff seem very uptight and stuck-up. Food is good, but for the price could be better.
Margaritas !!
Go to the other location
The bar kinda smells like vomit
Food wasn't great and the service was very poor. I'll not go again
Not authentic AT ALL! ???????? Disappointing ????
The unlimited brunch deal is pretty awesome. While not all of the plates tasted great, the Mac and cheese, s'mores French toast, grits, and chicken and waffles certainly made up for the rest. - Melissa Monsalve
As far as brunch buffets go this one is pretty good. Don't miss the kale salad, granola & yogurt, meatballs, omelettes and cheese grits. - Tammy Gordon
Definitely get a table on the patio when weather permits. Recommend the salmon plate or the crab cake sandwich - Uday
Great bar with themed cocktails! The Dolby and regular theatre seats are definitely better than the imax ones - Cristián Mendoza
Great for taking walks, running or biking. Beautiful views and peaceful. - Carmen Yépiz
Great service, eclectic look and great cookie and latte. A must visit if in Georgetown. - Kris-ten Parks
